The staff at this hotel were the best! they even helped us install e sims on our phones! It was clean and a very secure site! A very great location as well...only 5 blocks to the Vatican and other great sites

Top location! Top and friendly staff! Super clean with all comfort. Fantastic place to stay and enjoy the city. Nearby is full of restaurant you can walk easily to Spanish steps and Vatican City. Highly recommended

Our first impression at this guest house was the very friendly reception at our arrival Saturday morning. Lots of advice and many tips for our visit, including a helpful city map. Rooms: We were two parties and had rooms next to each other near the reception area. Reception noise during the night is not really an issue since the reception is not open during night hours. Very clean room and modern bathroom fixtures. All devices and lighting in working order. Comfortable bed. Somewhat soft but not uneven and contoured nicely to the body. Main room had one window facing inner roofed courtyard. Therefore not an extremely bright room due to sunshine but it had a good, warm lighting and the overall ambiance was quite pleasant and inviting. Plenty of closet space. Noise: Reception made it a point to tell us how to close out room door quietly to respect other guests. It is a fact that in the morning, despite the noise control efforts, one can hear the goings on at reception and some background noise from the window to the outdoor corridor. Just the way it is. We didn’t perceive it to be uncomfortably loud and had no issues during the night for sleeping, but if the smallest noises bother you and you like to sleep late, keep that in mind. Location: Fantastic! Fairly quiet and pleasant neighborhood with quite grand architecture. About a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro. Good selection of restaurants (among some not so good, as usual). 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. Summary: a very pleasant refugium in an excellent location in Rome. We can recommend this guest house.

Nice location, budget friendy and fiendly staff. The only thing bad is that the street can be a little bit noisy in the morning buso bring your earpluggs! We rented the room with the jaquzzi. Very nice big window to the street. They had shampoo and soap in the bathroom. There were also an airconditioner in this room which was nice. There is a local market near and their gastronomi market.

This place should be renamed “taking the liberty suites” because it’s a complete con. We booked this place based on the pictures, which show the rooms have a jacuzzi and a view -how wrong we were! The rooms are tiny; the room had terrible damp and they attempted to hide the mould patches by crudely painting over it. There is no jacuzzi! There is no natural light in the room, as there only window overlooks a wall. There is no sound proofing, so it was very noisy. Weirdly, there is a strange glass double door in the shower room -very random! When we complained, the desk attendant smugly replied “where does it state there is a view?”. Afterward our stay, they alleged to Booking.con that we never turned up and tried to con us out of a further £220! Avoid like the plague!

Dishonest owners. They try to raise the price by asking for the tourist tax when in reality it is already included in the price indicated on the site. Apartment dirty and in terrible condition. The sofa bed is in the same room as the kitchen where the shutter does not close on a window. As soon as we enter we smell a shocking smell of fish. We open the windows but realize that it is the fabrics of the filthy sofa and the curtains that are soaked. The sofa bed was also totally unstable. You couldn't sit down because you doubled over. Indecent bathroom, cracked and punctured shower tray. There were hairs in the towels and the bedspread and pillow were stained. Having arrived very late we have no alternative but to sleep there and we avoid calling the managers at 1 am. In the morning we report everything and ask for a partial refund since only two of us actually had the chance to sleep but how do you think it ended? Gone... Among other things, we also said that, having been in Rome several times, seeing correctness from them, we would reevaluate their solutions (apart from this Apartment) for our next trips. But there are people who prefer to earn 20 euros more by raising prices by cheating and then lose a lot of customers. Very bad. Stay away. They are only good at taking photos, taking care to put candles on the table and not taking pictures of the plaster coming off the walls.

Very bad. Visibly dirty and stained bedspread. Total absence of hot water. After complaining I was told that they would take care of it but after the check-out time, consequently we couldn't even wash. Imagine the inconvenience traveling with 2 children. Total cost for an overnight stay for 2 adults + 2 children = 200 euros. When you book they tell you about the discounted parking which is absolutely not true.

Perfect structure for a 4 day stay in Rome. The location is excellent for visiting the city. Spotless rooms, super friendly staff. Free luggage storage. Our room was fully equipped. It will be our point of reference every time we return to Rome!
