Terrazze Navona

Perfect location in the buzzling Ponte rione close to quite a few of the main sights of Rome and surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and bars (in cuisine, price and quality, but, hey, you are in one of the prime districts of Rome). Beautiful view from the little balcony. Don’t expect a Hilton/Marriot style hotel but a classic Italian guesthouse in a domestic building, exactly what we were looking and hoping for!! The pictures of the rooms on their website give a good impression what to expect. But you are in Rome, so why hang around in a room? The top floor is easily reached by elevator, where helpful and friendly Vincenzo was ready to welcome us with the keys to the floor and the room. We will definitely come back and use this hotel as our base to continue enjoying Rome!

The ideal place for the three of us visiting Rome to see the "classics". Clean and cosy, quiet yet central. The small balcony overlooking roof tops and church spires gave an extra italian touch to it all. Excellent dialogue with host prior to our stay, and also immediate and pleasant follow up during our vacation.

Have been to Rome 5 times in the last 12 years and this was probably my least favourite accommodation. On the plus side it was a great location and had a lovely balcony with a good view across the rooftops with a welcome fridge and complimentary bottle of water. On the down side, the air con was very poor so we were sweltering most of the time in the 30°+ heat. The shower was very small and there was nowhere to put shampoo, conditioner, soap etc so very difficult to hold on to them to use. There were 3 sachets of body wash/shampoo on arrival which we used the first couple of days but they weren't replaced so we had to buy shampoo. On day 5 when i mentioned it to the cleaner who usually arrived about 11am, I was told that I could have asked for more but we were usually out by then and we shouldn't have to ask, they should just be replaced. The bed, although comfy, creaked very loudly every time you moved which is a little annoying in the middle of the night. The smell of the residents bins in the foyer was terrible until they were emptied after a few days. I hope these comments are not taken as complaining but as constructive criticism as overall it was an enjoyable stay.

STAY AWAY!!! After accidentally booking two rooms, I tried reaching out to them through messages and phone calls, but they did not respond at all. To make matters worse, their customer service was incredibly terrible and rudely refused to refund me, citing that it goes against their policy.

The MOST TERRIFYING experience, like a horror movie , when open the front door ( BIG SURPRISE )you going to found severals big GARBAGE CAN full of trash and empty bottles of beer and wine , the SMELL IS UNBEARABLE is so filthy , we couldn't stay in that place we called a taxi and went to a REALLY HOTEL a nice place to enjoying our vacation, we preferred to lose the money of 5 FIVE DAYS from may 23 to may 28 that we paid in advance ( BIG MISTAKE ) place stat away and enjoy your vacation !!!!!

Amazing property in a great location. Great size room with a comfortable bed and a little fridge, which is also handy. Nice little balcomy, wity lovely views. Could not fault the room at all, great value for money, and a great host who was available at all times. Thank you!
