Staff was really nice especially Renato, the man who runs the place. We had a very pleasent stay and would recommend this for couples. Rome is a very vivid place so you have to consider using ear plugs while sleeping. Also the building (as many do not) doesn't have radiators. Only AC to warm up the place. It was a little chilly on November. Great municipal traffic connections throughout the city.

The room is very confortable. The breakfast is good! And Renato, the owner is a very kind man. He helped us and gave suggestions about restaurants and what more we asked him. The location is very close to the metro.

We had a wonderful stay at Domus Appia 154. The common areas, kitchen, and rooms are extremely clean. The staff is kind and helpful. While we speak limited Italian, the staff speaks fluent English. The wifi was excellent. The breakfasts were good. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood and a two-minute walk to a metro station. Highly rated restaurants are scarcer in this neighborhood, but we found an excellent one nearby. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

Sin duda todo un acierto poder hospedarnos en este B&B, Renato el dueño una persona súper simpática y atenta, a nuestra llegada y hacer el Check-in nos entrego un plano de Roma y nos explico los lugares más turísticos de Roma, la habitación súper amplia y limpia, el baño muy limpio y con todo lo que tiene que tener y con secador de pelo, te cambian todos los días de toallas de ducha y lavabo. En la habitación tienes caja fuerte, nevera y televisor smartv con acesso a plataformas. Esta en una zona totalmente tranquila y segura con muchas tiendas y restaurantes, la parada de metro más cerca imposible con la parada Reí di Roma a menos de 50 metros. También está cerca de la catedral de San Juan de Letran, la Scala Santa, el Coliseo Romano y foro y la basilica de Santa Maria la Mayor. Sin dudarlo volvería a elegir el Domus Appia 154 si vuelvo a Roma, 100% recomendado en todos los aspectos.

Unos días inolvidables. Una atención de 10 y limpio. Renato el dueño es un encanto y súper atento. Un millón de gracias por vuestra atención y ponernos las cosas fáciles. A la llegada nos dio un mapa lo que podíamos visitar y la verdad que no vino genial y con todo marcado. Todas las mañana el mismo nos ponéis el desayuno. Súper atento

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo b&b e direi che e' stato il top. Stanza pulita, letto comodo,frigo con acqua, colazione ottima,vicinissimo alla metro Re di Roma.. Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti in questo accogliente b&b occupando una spaziosa tripla. Pulizia eccellente, ottima posizione servita da metro e bus e tutti i servizi a disposizione. Disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente
