Located just right next to the Metro station, it is convenient as a base to visit most places of attraction in Rome. The room is decent for a single person and has good facilities. They have baggage storage space. Taxes and deposit can be paid by card

We were very happy with practically every aspect of our 3 nights stay at this hotel. Location is so convenient with a metro station right in front of hotel. Service is very efficient n friendly. Many restaurants around the area. Big bonus is laundry shops near the hotel. Good value for money.

Check in was smooth and efficient. Megan was so cheerful and enthusiastic. We were able to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. We had a renovated room which was fabulous. Great big bed and massive TV. Powerful shower over the bath. Exceptionally clean - Housekeeping were superb. We had breakfast each day - what a great selection of food - cereal, all types of milk, cakes, rolls, meats, cheeses - especially liked the mozzarella and tomatoes. The lovely lady who seemed quite senior there was so bright, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is right next to a Metro station, which made getting around so easy. We were very close to the Colosseum and other sites. We have had a marvellous time in the city of Rome and our wonderful accommodation at the Best Western just put the icing on the cake for us. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Very good service, kind and friendly staff. Comfortable room, except for occasional noise from Trams.
Excellent location, next to Manzoni station, public transport is great, well connected by bus, metro and tram. Roma Termini railway station is only a 5-6 minute by taxi.
Good place to stay if you’re visiting Rome.

Nice and clean hotel. Near to train just within very short walking distance. Water boiler provided and comfortable bed with 2 pillows each bed.

Clean and tidy room, with electric kettle and fridge. Slippers is provided. Breakfast buffet is good. However, noises from the next room and from the upper floor can be heard clearly.
