Great swimming pool, open 24 hours, breakfast was good, but only open until 9:30 am. The restaurant Orto di Roma around the corner was excellent. The room had its own bathroom which looked good.
I was not allowed to swim after check-out and stay at the location even though check-out was already at 10:30 AM, which I found very strange and unfriendly. I was also not allowed to invite a guest to the swimming pool, which was a shame. I thought the location was very bad, there was nothing to do in the area and you really have to have a car or book a taxi every time to go to Rome center. The double rooms looked very cozy with a small garden, but the single room was very uncomfortable.

Nice and welcoming staff. Possibility to leave luggage even after check out. Good cleaning but with possible improvements, well-kept outdoor space. Satisfactory breakfast buffet.
