The lady at the reception is beyond professional! She is warm, friendly, and energetic, give her a promotion!
The hotel location is very good, can go anywhere easily! Very vintage hotel, I love the design very much, feels like I am living at 50s’, but well take care with everything I need, except toothbrush, the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrush, remember to bring one.

Hotel Staff attitude were sub-par to say tge least. The amenities were bare minumum. pathetic. Could get something else for the price i paid

How does Italy collect city taxes? The order was listed as 60 euros, but the actual price was increased to 75 euros. However, the real city tax in Italy is only 4.5 euros. This store is shady, so be careful!

Thanks to all the hotel employees who contributed to our vacation in a good way! At first the water in the shower was not hot enough, but it was fixed the next day. Our wishes for a bathroom, not a shower cabin, were taken into account and implemented, thank you. The location is great! Everything is nearby, the metro and Villa Borghese, shops. Breakfast was also hearty, basic buffet, coffee, yogurts, it was enough for half a day ) We liked it, but wish to add my favorite small bottles with shampoos, as it was in the photo when we chose this hotel. For the winter price of 100€/night and for the location plus 👍be sure to visit the wine shop and restaurant with chef Fabio, 20m to the left of the hotel! Our find!
