Mia Room Mate Collection

This hotel discriminates against Chinese people. We spent nearly 10,000 yuan to stay in this hotel for three days. This was the biggest mistake my wife and I made during our trip to Europe. When checking in, the front desk (especially the female front desk lady with a K at the beginning) saw the Chinese passport and her face immediately changed from smiling to cold. When asked where to have breakfast, she answered irrelevantly and turned to talk and laugh with another front desk. Later, we went in and out to observe that this front desk and other white people were all smiling. The hotel marked check-in at 2 pm, but when we arrived, it was almost 1:30. Even if there were vacancies, we had to wait until 2 pm. The room we were given was unlocked with a key, which was very inconvenient. As a result, the white people who checked in later than us opened the door with a room card. We observed that only a few rooms in the hotel were opened with keys. There are steps at the entrance of this hotel. We took three 28-inch suitcases, one 20-inch suitcase and two school bags. The two front desk staff just looked at us coldly as we struggled to lift the suitcases up, and did not call anyone to help. When we entered the hotel lobby, we clearly saw the hotel's luggage attendant next to us. The hotel itself was also very run-down, and there was a power outage at night (the rooms that used room cards to open the door did not have a power outage and everything was fine, but the room where we used keys had a power outage haha). For more than 3,000 yuan a night, it was really unfair. As a Chinese, if you don't want to be discriminated against, you must avoid this hotel!!!
