Hotel cancelled our reservation an hour before our check in time, while we were on the plane travelling to Rome. We were left outside in the rain without a place to stay! Absolutely awful experience. STAY AWAY from this hotel or you will regret it!

EXCELLENT CLEANLINESS, VERY HELPFUL AND KIND OWNERS, EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY, BRIGHT ROOMS COMPLETE WITH THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT. FROM THE HOTEL IT IS EASY TO REACH THE MOST INTERESTING PLACES IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER. THE RICH BREAKFAST WITH FRESH PRODUCTS.

Excelente hotel, camas grandes y comodas, muy tranquilo con un desayuno basico pero suficiente para arrancar el dia 10 puntos, la atencion es excelente en todo momento, se encuentra en el 3er piso del edificio que cuenta con ascensor, estuvimos 4 noches divinas!

Das einzig gute an diesem Hotel war die Lage. Man kann vieles zu Fuss erreichen. Alles Andere ist ein einziger Reinfall. Am Abend vor unserer Ankunft wurde uns der Transfer abgesagt,mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden. So mussten wir am Flughafen für ein Taxi eine halbe Stunde anstehen. Bei der Ankunft beim Hotel um 22.30 Uhr, standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Wir hatten keinen Code zum reinkommen. Wir haben mehrmals angerufen und geklingelt. Dank anderen Gästen, die glüklicherweise um diese Zeit noch raus gingen, kamen wir dann doch noch rein. Zimmer war zwar vorbereitet hatte aber 3 Betten für 4 Personen. Bei meinem Anruf - diesmal nahm jemand ab- wurde mir ein zusätzlichres Zimmer zugewiesen das für ein anderes Paar reserviert war😲. Am nächsten Morgen wollten wir einchecken, der Herr war zwar freundlich hat aber die Schuld nur von sich gewiesen und gesagt er könne nichts machen und uns seinem Bruder anrufen lassen. Dieser lässt einem nicht zu Wort kommen und schreit durchs Telefon. GÜTIGERWEISE wurde in ein 3 Bett Zimmer ein 4tes Bett reingequetscht. Info ab wann es Frühstück gibt haben wir nicht bekommen, stand auch nirgends. Standen an einem Morgen da, wollten um 7.45 Uhr frühstücken, war nichts da. Beim checkout war niemand da. Also mein Tip: sucht weiter.

Ho effettuato una prenotazione in questo hotel tramite una piattaforma di prenotazione online. Il giorno del soggiorno,inainte sa ajung la hotel, alle 11:00 mi hanno inviato un messaggio che hanno annullato il soggiorno. Ti rendi conto? Fortuna che sono entrato sulla piattaforma. Se non ho visto il messaggio? Mi sono svegliato a Roma e in albergo avevano il cancello aperto. Hanno pensato che un tubo dell'acqua fosse rotto. Permettimi di non credere.
