The hotel is in a brilliant location. It is very clean, staff welcoming and always friendly and efficient. The breakfast is a prepackaged croissant, we took our travel kettle which was very handy. There is a refrigerator there where guests can store milk etc which was also good. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely rebook if we visit Rome again

Don't trust the photos, if you are alone you can be put in a room that is awful, without windows, the toilets work very badly, no pressure in the shower, woken up three times at 7am by the person who brings in or takes out the trash in the courtyard and who rang the bell so that I could open it, no one at reception the morning of my departure between 8am and 9:30am so that I could explain my dissatisfaction to them, lousy breakfast. The other rooms may be ok but I didn't see them!! If you are alone, move on at the risk of ending up in a storage room!!! The only positive point is that when you find someone at reception, the person is nice!!

Terrifying experience. Terrible quality/price ratio. I spent 217 euros for 2 nights. As soon as I arrived at check in they assigned me the room. To be precise, the n. 14. Lock taped. No cleaning. Bathroom ceiling panels with mould. Shower head to be flamed. Dust everywhere and completely black curtains. Unfortunately I had no other alternatives and I had to stay. Before staying I went down to buy disinfectants and bacteria killers to have a minimum level of hygiene. There are no courtesy lights in the room. Summary: a hovel. Ľ Hotel is located inside a condominium. The only positive aspect is the proximity to Termini Station. I wonder how these facilities can remain open. If it had been at least cheap I could understand but CLEANING IS A DUTY REGARDLESS. Absolutely avoid.
