The room was clean and very comfortable and the b&b was in the perfect location for visiting this wonderful city. The owner also was really kind and he gave us a lot of useful informations about our trip in Rome.

We stayed a night in this b&b very close to St. Peter's Square and the S. Pietro train station some time ago, the owner welcomed us before the scheduled check-in time... but all this is not enough to assign a score higher than 2 stars. The b&b is located in a basement, which is not indicated in the description. The room was very dirty, dust and hair everywhere, between the bedside table and the next wall there were piles of dust and "lost objects" probably had never been moved, and we also found ***** hair on the toilet bowl. Truly a stay to forget, too bad I didn't take some photos that can testify

I do not recommend it to anyone ... Small and dirty room, bathroom with no window, no bidet and no ventilation. It seems to be on the Tirrenia. Tiles in the bathroom and in the bathroom. A single window gives onto a sidewalk. If you open the mosquito net it is in very bad condition. The reception is in the same room where "breakfast" is done (never made on site because the place is filthy with a rusty toaster). The toilet leaks water creating a horrible smell. Patched with electrical tape. I was ashamed of taking my children to a hovel. I hope they close it soon

The structure very close to the Vatican in a very quiet area in the evening, polite and helpful owner, even reimbursed me for one night because we had to leave earlier. Excellent cleaning. We will definitely be back and highly recommend

Logement très bien placé, à 5min à pieds du Vatican et proche de toutes commodités. La chambre est propre, climatisée et équipée d'un coin toilette avec douche, lavabo et WC. Un frigo est à notre disposition ainsi qu'un coffre fort. Le coin petit déj est convivial et en libre service. La chambre est cosy et idéale pour un séjour en couple ou mère/fille pour nous sur 3 jours. Simone est un hôte arrangeant, disponible et à l'écoute de nos éventuels besoins. Je recommande ;)

Diciamo subito che non è un Hotel, ma un B&B su un palazzo di Roma al quanto "squallido" con 5/6 piani (ascensore vecchissimo) e dentro un sacco di inquilini diversi. Unica nota positiva la posizione: dietro al Vaticano. Siamo arrivati in 9 persone con le bici e ci siamo dovuti fare 3 piani per portarla in camera. La signora era impaziente di prendere la tassa di soggiorno (un ladrocinio, 7€ a testa mai pagata da nessuna parte così alta). Camere così così, acqua al bagno arrivava a "stolzi", pulizia minima, dentro al frigo c'erano pure gli avanzi di qualche cliente precedente. Non ha registrato nessuno (zero tasse) e siccome le bici da strada ce l'ha fatte mettere nella sala dove c'era la cucina comune, la sera ci ha mandato un messaggio dove chiedeva 5€ a testa per il "posteggio" bici diciamo, roba da matti. Colazione ad un bar vicino, con 1 cornetto ed 1 cappuccino (ci guardavano pure male) come se ne avessimo voluti prendere di più. Prezzo neanche vantaggioso 81€ a testa. Non ci tornerei.
