Very simple guest house, quiet and easy, you have your own space, a few meters to the vatican musuem. The bus also drops you right outside, eating places at the back side and also a 100 meters near the vatican see. Has Michael Angelo , raffaello and leornado rooms, hence greeted with history already. The common Area was great with a coffee machine which came in handy. The host gives you your space

This place was amazing. Is 10 mins walking away from the entrance to Vatican city. 5 mins away to bus and metro station. It is close to markets, restaurants, and coffee shops. The room was perfect for the two of us, everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is okey, you'll find some toast, crackers, jelly, pastries in your room. Coffee and tea is always available. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this place.

The place is excellent for those of us looking for a B&B type service in a comfortable, clean and easily accessible place. I stayed from May 6 to 10, 2024 and my experience was very good. The location of the place is less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the Vatican Museum, between two metro stations and with restaurants and shops very close. The room I stayed in was very clean, spacious, with a mini-refrigerator and electric stove for cooking, a full private bathroom, hot water without any problem, and a TV. Breakfast is simple but works, and different types of coffee and cereal are available all the time in the common space. The treatment was very friendly and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple. My stay there was very comfortable and enjoyable. I hope this information is useful.

We were expecting a hotel, but in reality it looks more of an Airbnb, however it didn't affect our stay. In fact, the location of this 'hotel' is excellent. Right behind the Vatican wall. It takes about 3 minutes to arrive at the Vatican Museum entrance. Rooms were clean daily. Our room had a little garden and on the back of the building they had the breakfast nook with a small lovely balcony. We spent many mornings on the balcony (due time difference we usually woke up 4/5 am). Breakfast is a regular sort of store bought items left in the room and coffee you can get at the breakfast area. I would stay again.

Good morning. We had booked a room for 3 people in a 2-star hotel and we found ourselves in the B&B Vaticano 84 from April 13 to 21, 24. When we arrived at the address indicated there was no indication, no one to welcome us and no one knew . Thanks to this young couple who helped us around 6 p.m. Clean and spacious room. The qualities stop there. 2 chairs for 3 (to have breakfast together, I had to sit on the bedside table), a breakfast without bread and without butter (far too many sugary foods), a tourist tax €53 more expensive than this which was announced in our reservation contract signed well before the increase in this tax on October 1st. Even after explanations, the manager didn't want to know anything. Friendly employee but very unpleasant boss who makes no appearance in 1 week to resolve the problems and who takes the blame out on his employee.

A great Guest House to stay in Rome with a wonderful and very respectful host. The room was very clean and cozy with hot water in the shower and sink tap. We also have a TV with dozens of channels and a thermos for you to drink. The room I chose also had a minibar, but not everyone has this option. Whenever I go back to Rome, that's where I'll stay!!!!

Clean room with small terrace. We were on the street side which is however very busy and therefore noisy because the Vatican Museum is just a stone's throw away. The calm of the place would be more appreciable if residents thought about their neighborhood. The coffee machine is excellent but a little noisy so be careful of users who use it at all hours. Little contact with the owners of the place but good reception during telephone conversations. Do not hesitate to use the airport transfer service which was very practical and inexpensive for several people.

Just a few minutes (max 3) walk from the entrance to the Vatican Museums and the metro. Federica, who takes care of the reception, is friendly and helpful. Clean and well equipped facility. Common room with automatic machine and microwave. In the room, available to customers, hairdryer, fridge with water and juices available and safe. Free wifi available. The only shame is that the walls are a bit thin so you can quite hear the noises from neighboring rooms but I would recommend it with your eyes closed. I stayed in the Raffaello room
