Then I thought "well maybe the bathrooms are in better conditions and I won't complain if I have a shared bathroom", so I take courage and go into the shared bathrooms to have a look...I go in...a suffocating stench of waste, feces and dirty environment, bathroom in VERY BAD CONDITION, ILLEGAL bathroom (I attach photos), broken shower cubicle that didn't even close, non-existent hand soap except for washing dishes... dirty toilet, unusable sink and shelf, very dirty and yellowed hairdryer, ruined doors that didn't even close properly, I had to buy a sanitizing spray and clean the toilet and sit on a "cleaner" seat, taps completely covered in limestone, there were no towels... Second day: floor still dirty, bed not made, they practically did NOT enter the room to clean and make the bed, I wait until the third day, leave the house and return around 4pm, bed the same as it was when I left, floor still dirtier and still with my 3 day old hair (photo attached) anyway, zero cleanliness. I decide to change hotels for the other 2 remaining nights, it was not acceptable to sleep in that dump, I go to a THREE STAR hotel where my stay changes completely, I lived in clean, fragrant and in a room that was always clean and always arranged. I then call the B&B gialel to communicate that I at least wanted a refund of the tourist tax (at least the two nights, even if I should have asked for EVERYTHING because I didn't have any type of room service), I still tell you about what happened, the dirt etc., do you know what they did? I didn't even have time to talk before they slammed the phone in my face and blocked the number so it was impossible to trace them. I obviously contacted trip.com who subsequently contacted them but they didn't even accept half of the stay. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A NIGHTMARE STAY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ROOM RENTAL, THEY **** YOUR MONEY, THEY MAKE YOU PAY THE TOURIST TAX AND THEY DON'T EVEN CLEAN A SMALL CRUMBS, NOT EVEN COME IN.
