Perhaps more than Bed&Breakfast, the correct denomination is landlords. The location is convenient, a 5-minute walk from Tiburtina station, it is located in an apartment on the 6th floor of a very dated building. There is never anyone in the structure, it is necessary to contact the owner who answers according to the moon with which he wakes up. The room is spacious enough and clean enough but let's stop here ... Structure probably renovated a few years ago but never maintained. Really bad soundproofing. Ruined furnishings, lights not all working, the door handles come off, the whirlpool tub works backwards (hot/cold) and 5 of the 8 jets work well. The water in the shower has no pressure and comes out with difficulty from the shower head. Privacy on the terrace is non-existent as it communicates with the terrace of the common room. Bar fridge empty, but functional. Breakfast is not mentioned, indeed inside the room it is actually written that a buffet breakfast is provided in the common room, but perhaps this is an old legacy. The photos bode well but not all that glitters is gold. Definitely not recommended for the bad value for money.

Logistically speaking, the place is excellent, very close to the Tiburtina station. Some precautions should be taken for guests, such as hooks to hang out bathroom towels because the only place is a third piece of furniture on the wall. Maybe a few more bars of soap wouldn't hurt and there isn't a coffee machine which appears to be there on the site. All in all it's fine, the manager is kind and friendly.

Just returned from stay! First of all: 5 full stars to the owner for his courtesy; smiling and helpful, my boyfriend and I immediately felt at home! B&B a few minutes walk from Tiburtina station, or, for those who prefer, a few steps from a bus stop. Located on the 6th floor (working lift) of a building, it stands out for the modernity and freshness of the rooms! Intimate and welcoming room, PERFECT for a couple who want to spend a weekend in peace! Fundamental Thing: Neat and clean! With fridge (on our arrival we found 2 bottles of water kindly offered), TV, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning, bathroom with large shower. Total discretion and tranquility! We didn't miss anything! More than positive experience!!!

Beautiful room with hot tub. However, almost a week without hot water, old building located on the edge of a major road. Service not up to the price knowing that there was no breakfast, meal or dinner.

Excellent b&b a few steps from the Tiburtina station. Really nice deluxe double room, CLEAN and very comfortable bathroom! The very helpful owner, despite having arrived 3 hours early, made us sit down and leave our luggage. Really welcoming hall with modern and refined furnishings. They have several rooms, each more beautiful than the other! Right in front of the b&b there is a good quality pizza restaurant and some bars. Highly recommended!

Ho soggiornato due notti con il mio compagno e mio figlio,beh che dire...la struttura è nuova e ben arredata,la camera è piccolina ma vivibile,il bagno presenta un bel box doccia comodo.Il letto un po basso ma comodo. Sulla pulizia niente da dire...se proprio dovessi trovare una cosa negativa sarebbe lo scarico del wc lento e il termosifone che l'ultima notte ha buttato un po di acqua,per il resto tutto ok. La ragazza che ci ha ricevuto in struttura è stata molto carina.
