The first day was a bit difficult because there was no water, but they provided as much drinking water as I wanted, so I was able to deal with it. The next morning, it was resolved right away. Since the tap water in Italy is generally dirty, be sure to bring a shower filter! The scrambled eggs served for breakfast were delicious, and I was satisfied with the bread, yogurt, bacon, ham, jam, and vegetables!

One of the best hotels we stayed at! Location is perfect - lots of good restaurants nearby, close to the train station and attractions. Service is impeccable and the whole hotel is very clean. We stayed at the Super Suite with View. For 4 people, it was very spacious with high ceiling and lots of storage area. We usually hate sleeping in sofa beds because it can be uncomfortable, but theirs is an exception. We slept great!! Breakfast is delicious as well! I don't write reviews quite often but this place definitely deserves it. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Karen

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Excellent room and amenities. The hotel is also closed to some really good restaurants, geletaria and are only a few minutes away from the Colesseum, Forums and Palatine Hill. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel, very quiet and in a great location for us. Short walk to the colloseum, greatest gelato shop walking distance and restaurants nearby. The hotel room itself was huge for a family of four, two bedrooms, kitchenette, spacious bedroom. Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning really good, would love their banana bread recipe with nuts and chocolate that we had. Set next to an old abandoned church with a bell tower, beautiful garden and courtyard as a part of the hotel. Would highly recommend.

We stayed four nights at this wonderful hotel - I refer to it as a Mary Poppins experience because it was practically perfect in every way. Amazing bilingual staff who strive to be accommodating, relaxing interior, nice breakfast, very good room, a gorgeous rooftop bar and an interior courtyard that gets one away from the bustle of the streets and reminds you that you are in Rome. Other important items include very close proximity to a wonderful gelato shop, ten minutes walk one direction to Rome Termini, the principal train station in Rome and ten minutes walk the other to the Cavour metro stop. We walked to the Coliseum in about fifteen minutes which means, of course, that you are then right in the thick of the main Rome attractions. There are excellent restaurants within five minutes walk and an incredible array of restaurants at about ten - fifteen minutes. The location is perfect. There is simply no question that any time we go back to Rome we still stay at this wonderful hotel.

This impeccably designed hotel is well located, close to the Colosseum in the Monti area. We loved that it was away from the hustle and on a quiet street but had plenty of restaurants nearby. We stayed in a superior apartment which was extremely spacious and had an original fresco on the ceiling. The thoughtful list that the hotel compiled with restaurant recommendations as well as points of interest were appreciated as well as the bottle of wine in the room. The true stars of this hotel are the staff - everyone we encountered at the hotel were incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. One person in particular, Serena, deserves special credit because she was able to help us with a real estate matter days after we had already checked out - this exceeded our expectations and cannot thank her enough for her help…bravo!
