We rented a car during our Italy trip so we stayed at this hotel for 2 days of our trip to Rome. The general features of the hotel are nice. However, the hotel's advertisement on TripAdvisor regarding "free parking" is deceptive. I don't like dishonest businesses. We paid a total of 10 euros to park our car in front of the business for the 2 days we stayed at the business. The amount may not be large but it is annoying to be deceived. In all my holidays, I make all my reservations from hotels that have good reviews on TripAdvisor because they are (generally) reliable. However, I don't read all the comments one by one. I wish I had. What comes to mind when you hear "Free Parking"? If you have a business, a hotel, an apartment and a place in front of it and you don't charge for it, then you have a business with "Free Parking". In this case, you write this as a feature of your hotel. But if you have such a place and offer this service to the customer and charge them for it, and if you suggest that the customer parks their car on the street as "free parking", technically every hotel in Rome has "free parking". Let's say you have a hotel in the center of Rome and don't even have a parking space in front of it. Technically, you can park your car in a place that has "free parking" 10 km outside the city and walk to the hotel from there, and this makes your hotel a business with "free parking". But how ethical is it to write something like this as a feature of the business? My mistake was to trust the hotel descriptions on tripadvisor and not look at the details of the reservation I made on ***********. But as a tourist, one should not have to worry about every little detail of the place you go to visit. But as I said, sometimes it upsets people to be scammed even for 5-10 euros, and I find this situation shameful. I spent 5 days in Rome. However, this hotel is just another hotel, and I cannot tolerate such problems, big or small, that I have experienced in various different businesses. I was planning to spend my next year's vacation by touring Venice, Florence and Milan, but these "small" problems I experienced in Rome bothered me enough and my impressions of Italy were shaped enough. My advice to the business: Let's say you are booking a hotel room for 100 euros? Book it for 105, but make your "secure parking" in front of the hotel free if you are going to use the "free parking" label. Are you booking it for 200 euros? Book your hotel for 205 euros instead. It is not difficult to do something so simple. However, it is not nice and unethical to say "A" to something and demand "B" from the customer. I condemn this situation. Also, if you choose to stay in a hotel outside of Rome to make it more economical, like we did, you should also consider the 40-minute traffic to drive to Rome city center in the morning. We selected this B&B for parking & Breakfast. Parking located in their secured side driveway enough for 3 cars. They charge 5 euro per day, the only one that had a fee in our 7 weeks so far in italy. Rooms are very compact, bath room enough room for one. I use a lot of ice at night, first place unable to get ice. Breakfast minimal, whole oranges & apples, yoghurt, 1 type of sliced white bread, tea coffee. Some packaged cakes/toasts. The best thing is they let your select from a list of hot beverages & a choice of a sweet or savory, eg, egg, scrambled or fried, Frankfurt etc, cooked fresh & hot, a big bonus. Located 10 km from city centre, can get the metro 900 mtrs away, bus 90 just down the road to the right then left about 300 mtrs bus is about 40 minutes in & 18 minutes back, or turn left down to intersection bus 60 a more direct trip in.

We spent two nights at the Tempio. Our room was very clean, we were able to special order items for breakfast, and the hostess was very accommodating and very helpful. There was on-site parking, which in Rome is a necessity. We would stay there again.
