It was a not very satisfactory trip. We got the wrong room on the first day, changed to a twin room on the second day, and there was a problem with the charge on the last day. The hotel bathroom was very small and I couldn't even turn around when taking a shower. The only thing I was satisfied with was that the air conditioning was cool enough.

The price of the hotel does not match the configuration of the hotel! The door can't be closed, the facilities are a bit old!

Very friendly staff. Clean and safe. Room is extremely modern, good size and excellent AC. Would definitely stay here again. The only slight downside is the location as the trains aren't the most reliable.

Very small room. There is not a single hook for clothes or towels in the bathroom. Shower gel was not brought twice. The metro is far away.

The location is a little closer to the Spanish steps, but it is also necessary to walk for at least 15 minutes, but it is safe and there is no pressure at night. The lobby is ok, the room is especially small, and somehow, a special sofa is placed in front of the TV. It is bigger than the door. I don’t know how to get it in. The deluxe version of the room has 2 large beds, which is ok for a family. It is similar to a 2-studio room, which is very good👍. The location is also in the center, which is very convenient for shopping and strolling! recommend.

The location is very close to the Dou Tseng Stadium, only 20 minutes walk away. We walked there every day. It is also close to the city center, which is quite convenient. There are many shops around. The only downside is that there is no Chinese restaurant. I am not used to eating pizza every day.

When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased.

Loved everything about my stay in River Palace Hotel! Location is great: walkable distance to some sightseeing areas and restaurants, nice breakfasts and simply extraordinary staff!!!👏👏👏
