I wrote a review where I gave 5 out of 10 stars for staff, because the man who checked us in at 21.30 was not very kind towards us. After this review the owners of the hotel contacted me several times on my phone with rude and upset messages. This was not okay and extremely unprofessional. The hotel was okay for a night, but was a bit overpriced and quite worn out and old furniture. We only spend 9 hours at the hotel, so didn’t even take a shower - just checked in, slept and checked out again, so my review is only based on my 9 hours in the room, my meeting with the man who checked us in and the experience with the owner contacting us after my review. I will never stay here again and can not recommend this place. If you stay here and leave an hovedet, but yet a 3 out of 5 stars review, then be prepared to receive angry textmessages from the owner afterwards. We payed 100 euros for two double rooms without breakfast.

Really rude manager Sussane and horrible customer service. Last in this picture was yelling at us and was really grumpy. They will steal your money no shame. I hope karma get you back for taking peoples money and not trying to accommodate them in anyway.

I slept one night at the Hotel all'Orso, finding a truly excellent relationship between quality and price and above all great attention to the Customer. Having had a transportation problem, I asked the Hotel to use the shuttle to a nearby station. The person who accompanied me kindly wanted to go down with me to check the availability of trains/buses and, realizing a possible problem, did not hesitate to find another solution, accompanying me to another location and advising me on how to continue the trip. Faced with my request to know how much was due for this additional service, he absolutely did not want to be paid.

Ottimo albergo ristorante. Parcheggio privato, ampio giardino con giochi per bambini e graziosi angoli di verde. Camere molto pulite, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Buona la cucina. Lo consiglio per chi è in zona. Una cosa che non avevo mai visto in nessun hotel, il ferro da stiro e l’asse a disposizione dei clienti. Fantastico

Parcheggio privato disponibile, camera pulita, purtroppo non c’è stata empatia con la responsabile alla reception penso che prima di pensare se fa bene o male per il proprio capo, si debba pensare alle esigenze e richieste semplici fatte dal cliente, ci si è persi sulla colazione si o no senza prenotazione, persona poco attenta all’accoglienza verso le persone.

Dopo il pranzo di Natale ci ritorniamo per Pasqua. Una conferma!!tutto eccellente dall'antipasto al dolce, prezzo ottimo! Ci tengo a sottolineare le disponibilità del ristorante a proporre l'alternativa per chi non mangia certi alimenti (i protagonisti erano gli asparagi), rendendo il pranzo soddisfacente per tutti. Un plauso alla chi lavora in cucina e alle signore della sala!!
