Hotel with a good location but I confess I expected more. Very simple rooms that do not match the facade and reception. Other hotels offer much better rooms at a much more affordable price.

First, even though I had paid through the app I used to make the reservation, they charged me again when I checked in and out.
In the morning, a guy knocked on the door while we were sleeping and asked about the minibar. An hour later, the cleaning lady knocked. We were going to check out that day. It was inconvenient.
This hotel is definitely not a good place to rest.
Then, at 12:15, the woman at the front desk called to ask if we were going to renew our stay. I said no, we were going to go down.
Less than ten minutes later, the lady called again to ask, "Aren't you going down?"
The hotel is very good, but the staff are terrible.
