晚上十一點多開的房，開好之後沒上去看過就出去玩了，回到酒店已經是兩點了，手機要沒電了，我在房間裏找了一圈都沒找到掃碼充電器，我就打電話問前台有沒有充電器，他説房間裏面有……我真無語了，要是有我還會打電話問你要嘛？我問他能不能送一個上來，他説有的房間就是沒有充電器的，如果我要充電的話可以去前台掃個充電寶……然後我就去車上拿了根充電線，結果房間的usb插頭還用不了，房間裏面有6個usb插頭，沒一個能用的，我真的無語完，床單有頭髮有污漬，拍了照片給客服，客服還理都不理一下

今天早上9點20幾分退房，離開酒店收到定金退款消息，發現少退了15元（本來是100元）打電話問，前台説是因為我用了一次性浴巾？？？？毛巾是免費的，浴巾就要收費，還説包裝右上角有標明需要收費。正常人看到枱麪放着這些生活用品還去注意包裝標的字嗎？為什麼不在登記的時候説明一下？要麼就不要放！如果需要收費，為什麼要跟牙膏牙刷吹風機這些日用品放一起，誘導嗎？為什麼不像避孕套鎖起來再附帶個二維碼？妥妥的捆綁隱形消費！之後打了攜程官方電話，官方的結果是酒店暫時無法退還，先由平台墊付退還，酒店那邊後面有專員跟進處理。看了一下評價，發現之前也有人遇到過這樣的陷阱，這還僅僅是錢的問題嗎？是侵犯作為消費者的權益。第一次遇到這種酒店，也是第一次想要狠狠避雷！衹能説以後都留個心眼吧！
