I called the maintenance personnel several times but couldn't fix it. The baby was wrapped tightly in the quilt. I barely slept all night and suspected of having a cold the next day. The next day, the refrigerator was still not cold. I asked the front desk if there was a freezer. I was told that there was no freezer but a refrigerator at the front desk. I put it in for half an hour. When I went to get it, I waited for a long time and couldn't find the waiter. I went to get the milk myself, and this happened. Then the waitress showed up! However, the hotel owner ignored their poor service and called me several times after two months to ask me to return the baby pillow they asked for for my child. 週末的郊野公園是休閑的最佳場所之一，都來郊野公園這邊帶孩子玩來了，溜娃好去處。房間太火爆了，套房沒有訂上。買了一個雙床也挺好的，天氣好，景色更美了，首先要表揚一下這家酒店的前台小姐姐們非常的熱情，給我們送了果盤，還有小零食，孩子很喜歡，玩的時候餓了就拿出來吃。距離郊野小鎮衹有50米，非常的近。帶孩子在周邊玩耍也非常方便，環境很好，空氣也棒，直接走着去辛瑪樂園了，下次來郊野一定還選和頤酒店！

和朋友一起來雄安出差，想選擇一個環境好點兒的酒店，同事推薦來郊野公園這家酒店，適合早上起來晨跑的我，環境真的出乎意料的好，性價比還挺高，要是在一線城市應該得1000來塊。品質很高環境不錯，平常不愛寫評論，前台小姐姐的熱情服務打動了我，一進來就給我們準備好了水果盤，小零食餐後的酸奶走之前還給我們一份小禮物，非常的貼心，下次來雄安還會選擇這家酒店。
