The young man who received the reception was very handsome and enthusiastic. When I entered the room, it was really amazing. The room I stayed in was the best to watch the sunset. From the thoughtful and convenient room facilities, 55-inch high-definition LCD TV, AI smart butler, Philips air purifier and other high-end facilities, every detail was given. The warmth of the guests made me feel the hotel's meticulous attention to detail, and the experience was unparalleled. For those who love to eat, food is the most important thing. There is nothing better than savoring the local specialties and allowing your taste buds to have an unexpected encounter. The Elements all-day dining restaurant offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western buffet breakfasts and local specialties. It provides borderless cuisine and creative delicacies with local characteristics, as well as delicious seafood. Eating, drinking and having fun are elegant, and the color, fragrance and taste are unique. I was deeply impressed by Ellie at the hotel. She provided full service from the moment we entered the hotel. I would like to thank her for upgrading our room for free. She also personally delivered fruit to the room. She was worried that we would be tired from the journey and even offered a footbath bucket. It was touching and heart-warming. Finally After leaving the hotel, they also helped me mail the items I left behind. Thanks to Ellie's meticulous and considerate service during this trip, I had a perfect stay!

其實一百多的價格不算貴，這邊整體消費也不高。因為是第一次來這裏，心裏的期待以及網上看的圖片，比實際情況要高不少，所以心裏落差比較大。 在攜程訂房的時候，説會員享受兩個權益，一是免費升級房型，二是延遲一個小時退房。實際上辦理入住的時候，告知説房間訂滿了，不能升級；關於延遲退房，頭天晚上給前台打電話，前台幫我確認了一下，今天下午兩點（正常退房時間）前台又給我打電話説時間到了。不過我説昨天確認了，會員延遲一小時，她們也沒説什麼，直接就同意了。 房間裏的設施，別的不説什麼了，畢竟我也沒花很多錢住很高檔的賓館，但是建議衞生間尤其是淋浴房的下手處再修整修整。 總之，不是投訴也不是批評。希望越來越好。

This hotel has the most courteous, helpful, attentive and highly efficient front desk staff, manager and cleaning staff among all the different hotels I've stayed in China. The manager, a young guy, and the front desk ladies went overboard in making my stay pleasant and helping me resolve an early check out issue due to an unforeseen travel plan change. I am most gratified and pleased. The rooms are clean, the rates are extremely reasonable, the location is very convenient 2 minute walk to restaurants and grocery shopping. Simply my best hotel stay in China!

The beautiful lady Yang Yifan at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade our elderly family from a room without a terrace to a room with a terrace. The elderly can sit on the wicker chairs on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the forest. Thank you, very heartwarming! The service in the hotel is very good, the breakfast is rich and the dinner is tastefully cooked. The surrounding night scenery is very beautiful, and it is very pleasant to take a walk in the evening.
