The boss slowly Tao Lai tells the story of rice field fish. He goes to the rice fields every day to check to ensure that the water level in the rice fields is enough for the fish to grow. It takes an hour or two to drain out some of the water every time he fishes. After fishing out, he replenishes the water. Every time It takes about four hours to catch fish. This village of more than 300 households has a history of hundreds of years and does not have much commercial implantation. It still maintains the taste of it hundreds of years ago!
