身為一個廣東人過來第一次看到這個新酒店，從大門到房間，所有跟圖片一致，可以説在貴州住的最值的酒店了，感覺比廣州很多高端酒店都人性太多。空間、設計，衞生、服務、設施、智能化等，簡直不要太舒服～五星級的水準，普通中等酒店的價位，太寶藏了啊！太愛了嘻嘻

估計未來，這個酒店在榕江縣一定是最好的，政府招待用也夠。現階段不行，裝修味道太濃，影響睡眠，開業是有點兒着急了，回收資金成本倒是不錯，可毀品牌。
服務人員都挺本分的，夠熱情勤懇。
離村超挺近七在米了。。

酒店經理給免費升級的親子房，點贊前台小哥哥服務很好，房間異味比較重，新裝修的避免不了，小哥當時借用了花露水噴灑房間會好聞一些，唯一不滿的點是當天因為帶孩子出門，忘記帶恆温水壺了，寶寶晚上會喝夜奶，房間水壺不保温，而且當時前台的恆温壺未使用的狀態，跟前台表達需求晚上借用一下，小哥哥當時是同意了，另外一個女孩子表示不能借用，可能是不想借用吧，客房送東西敲門，迴應後，在知道里面有人的情況下還是用卡刷開了房間門，這個行為並不好，吃早餐空調比較涼，寶寶穿的比較少，酒店人員主動找不對着出風口的位置，煮粉的小哥也及時調整了空調温度，這種及時響應客户需求的行為值得點贊👍

這次家人出行一共訂了兩間房，其中親子房兩張大床休息的很好，最近是淡季，人不是很多，非常安靜，户外温度很舒適。值得推薦
