衞生間味道很大，空調聲音太大，一晚上都翁翁的。 而且説好住宿是免費停車的，但是退房出來的時候門衞還是收費了，這種做法讓人心裏特別不舒服！酒店服務方面都還蠻不錯的。

民宿體驗感是真的不友好，還有幾百米堵在路上就電話跟老闆聯繫問住宿地方有沒有地方停車，告知衹能停在景區門口，停好車後走到門口才知道民宿在景區內，問了檢票的怎麼才能進去，告知要買票，於是着急忙慌的在**上買了兩個景區套票才得進去，到前台是個老闆的媽媽來接待，問我們怎麼進來的，我們説買票，她説她帶我們進來就不用買票了，當時我就挺生氣，那前面打電話的時候為什麼不告知，讓我們白花冤枉錢，6個人，多花了750的景區門票，然後晚上5點半苗寨門票是免費的，這更無語，讓我不開心的點起始於以上，以下是民宿環境，當時訂的3間房，均在2樓，兩個房間門是壞的，用房卡刷不開，其次是被子濕潤潤的，不乾的感覺，床像木板床一樣，硬硬的，枕頭像9.9的質量，軟綿綿的，房間內沒有提供抽紙使用，衹有一個燒水壺，沒有飲用水，廁所是馬桶的，水龍頭的水都是黃色的，開了很久一直都是黃色的，刷牙洗澡都是湊合著用的。直到早上退房，我們都沒有做過任何的身份訊息登記，安全堪憂啊。老闆的媽媽還態度一點不好。另外，景區百分之七十的門店都是做服裝拍照的，沒有任何文化底藴的樣子。
