I stayed in this hotel I can only say that it is the first time that I have felt so bad. The 80's room, the spa let's not talk about it...cold and dirty water in the swimming pool, the hydromassage let's not talk about it murky water, the sauna was off and the Turkish bath ditto...the food was very poor and cheap... I will definitely never go back to a place like this again shabby….

We had the pleasure of staying at the "Stella delle Alpi" hotel with two children aged 3 and 7 and I must say that we really felt at home. The staff is exceptionally kind, the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable and the breakfast is delicious. The addition of a spa area made our stay even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the strategic location of the hotel a stone's throw from the markets of Bolzano and Merano made our experience even more unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back as soon as possible!

Necessary premise: I was in this facility with a group of kids aged 10 to 10... engaged in a competition. As far as possible, the facility staff satisfied our requests by changing the breakfast and dinner times for us. Some rooms are dated and could use a refresh as well as the common areas and even the tablecloths could be changed.... The food at dinner was good and for those who wanted there was the possibility of having an encore; even at breakfast there was the right mix of sweet and savory juices and hot drinks.... The girls in the room, perhaps because they had to work at different hours than usual, always seemed a little annoyed but nevertheless they were professional. Cleanliness some rooms ok.

We stayed for 10 days in this property. Good breakfast with homemade desserts, croissants, cold cuts, cheeses and excellent honey. Courteous service. Very good dinner with three choices per course and composed of typical Trentino dishes. The room for 4 people was very comfortable, spacious, clean and with a view of the Val di Non. What to improve: the carpet. I recommend keeping the receipts for the drinks, there were some additions, certainly by mistake. The gentleman at the reception wanted, on my word, to give me my money back but I preferred to leave it to the room staff, who were very busy. Excellent location for travel and parking possibilities. I advise.

I'm leaving the review on behalf of my son who went here with a group! beyond the rooms, my son who eats everything without problems had great difficulties! for breakfast there was little variety, the very simple croissants were missing, for lunch and dinner, poor quality and if one of the dishes was discreet, you couldn't ask for an encore

One member of staff was really rude, portions of food not suitable and rooms not made up. I'm sorry because the rest of the staff were nice but everything was ruined by one man. There is a bit of disappointment. No joke, they brought me an encore

We stayed in this hotel with the reservation of a Smart Box, very detached welcome, but this would not have been a problem if the breakfast and the room had lived up to the expectations of a 3-star S. Breakfast with few products for both the for the savory and the sweet (the request for a glass of milk not from the vending machine was a problem) and room service in the morning "non-existent", room with very dated furniture. By choice we did not use the wellness center.
