Staffs are polite but service is not good. Hotel is very nice. Cleanliness is also there. Parking is available but maintainence is low. Shower is not working in bathroom. Ac is like just about to fall, no remote of ac, you need to get up for turn off the ac in night. Overall. Average stay

Staff behavior is good and cooperative. Location is just in front of roorkee bus stand. But hotel in a gali and no indication board are there for help

Pretty good hotel very close to iit roorkee university (gate 2. Good rooms and caring staff. The restaurant is very good, has variety and we had tasty food

The stay was very comfortable, the service and staff was excellent. Their newly built restaurant had the best taste food.

We as family reached roorkee for iit interview of my daughter, this hotel is very much near, walkable distance. Hotel staffs are so cooperative in all the areas. We never felt we are at somebody's hotel but felt just at home. Very good restaurant with reasonable praise with yummy taste. I strongly recommend those go to roorkee please stay and enjoy with your family.

Toilet condition not good door lock condition not good seat was damaged so request you to improve this type of facilities so that guest think to re-booking in this hotel. Thanks
