Very very bad experience, very unfriendly staff. on the way out, they charged us an additional charge 60e for a bag of garbage that was left in the apartment. the employee was rude and did not want to explain to us why they charge so much. …………….

When we booked the apartment, the pictures on *********** show a stylish apartment of a high standard which looks almost new. When we arrived, the apartment was old, dirty and damaged. The furniture was worn out and dirty (like the apartment) and did not look anything like the pictures. The sofas were old and filthy, we had to cover them with a sheet to sit on. Immediately after entering the apartment, we were very upset because the hotel had completely misled us with the photos online. So, I spoke to the reception who told me they do not issue refunds and that I should contact ***********. I contacted *********** to tell them about the issue and they spoke to the hotel to get a resolution. The hotel then called us to offer us this pathetic “resolution” which was to be honest, very insulting. The staff said that they would move us to a larger apartment but that we had to pay the additional fees related to moving. They did not offer any refund, allow us to cancel the booking or even offer to clean the apartment which was filthy. Two days before the end of the stay, after much complaining from myself, the company offered to clean the apartment, which to be honest was way to late (we had already been there 3 nights. Please look at the photos that I have uploaded and other reviews on this site before booking. If you’re happy to stay in a dirty old apartment and pay top price for it, this is your best option! Plus the staff are super rude and un helpful too. I hope that this review will save others from the same dissatisfaction and disappointment that we suffered.

El apartamento estaba muy sucio, las paredes con manchas, los rodapiés y los rincones llenos de porquería, las ventanas hasta arriba de polvo, y el baño también bastante sucio, había telarañas. El aire acondicionado no llegaba al último piso y fue una semana de calor tremenda

O apartamento é bom, a cozinha esta bem equipada e com tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar. Os quartos são confortáveis. A limpeza podia ser melhor, especialmente o wc. As toalhas do WC são muito velhinhas. A praia fica perto do empreendimento.

Résidence parfaite avec des enfants , piscine surveillée,plage juste en face. Possibilité de louer une machine à laver. Logement spacieux et propre. Terrasse donnant sur le golf , ultra grande faisant le tour de l'appart, vue agréable. Personnel souriant et agréable

La piscina es pequeña y con pocas hamacas para todos los apartamentos que hay. El socorrista estaba más con el móvil que haciendo su trabajo. Las paredes del apartamento estaban muy sucias, tenían hasta boquetes. El forro del colchón del sofá también estaba muy sucio, nadie pudo dormir ahi. Al hacer el cheking tienes que dar 200€ de fianza. Tienes que dejar recogida la cocina y tirar la basura al irte del alojamiento. Vaya que las limpiadoras solo cambian las sábanas, haces tu su trabajo. Los apartamentos que dan al campo de golf son los más tranquilos. La playa no está cerca. Está caminando a unos 10 minutos. Por el precio que tiene la noche no merece la pena alojarse aqui. El secador estaba roto y en el baño que hay al lado de las habitaciones caía agua por dos agujeros que había en el techo.

Lo único que se salva es alguno de sus trabajadores: Antonio de recepción, por ejemplo. También la gobernanta, o un chico de mantenimiento que lleva muy poco tiempo en el equipo, y es el único que merece la pena por sus ganas y su valía. Para los que vayan con niños, viajes en familia...o similares..., pues haceros a la idea de varias cosas de gran relevancia: El recinto de la piscina tiene un aforo de 90 personas, pero lo normal es ver duplicado el aforo, y no esperes ninguna actuación por parte de la administración al respecto. La costa de Almería la baña el cristalino Mediterráneo..., el agua de la piscina es todo lo contrario. Ojo con la calidad del agua de la piscina. Si vas con idea de desconectar con la familia, tus hijos... no es para nada una opción a tener en cuenta. Esa es mi opinión. Se publicitan como un Apartahotel de 3 llaves, pero es un apartamento de 2 llaves, en el que al entrar te dejan claro que debes dejar una fianza y una cosa clarísima: debes tirar la basura y el apartamento limpio, limpio, limpio, si quieres que te devuelvan la fianza. Ojo! Apartahotel donde admiten mascotas, y hacen sus necesidades en el poco césped con el que cuenta el recinto, con lo que mantened lejos a vuestros hijos.
