This charming little hotel (or B&B, as I’d call it) is conveniently located just outside Salta, making it ideal for easy access to the airport—our main reason for staying. Despite its proximity, it was peaceful and a great place to relax, with a small pool perfect for cooling off in the warm afternoons. The rooms were comfortable, and we had dinner at the hotel. Since we were the only guests that night, we could choose our preferred dining time. We had an early start at 6 AM, and the staff kindly prepared coffee and cakes for us before we left, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a short but pleasant stay

Beautiful!!! We can’t wait to stay here again! We stayed for a few days while we explored Salta and surrounding sites. The property is beautiful, the nature, buildings, decor, etc. and we saw the most beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed late mornings, the most delicious breakfasts and dinners, lounging poolside, quiet moments and meeting other friendly guests. The rooms are beautiful and we were so grateful for time away from TVs and more time in nature.

Lovely, lovely place. Peace and quiet, colorfull flowers, nice swimming pool. The interiors are perfecly designed, in total armony with the spirit of the place, thanks to Valentina the ID; the food is excellent, the local personnel are gentle and always available. If you are lucky enough to catch Fabrizio the owner he will tell you marvels of his adventures in the Puna. We only wish we could have spent more time there!

Finca Valentina is a beautiful 'finca' surrounded by well kept, flowering gardens about 20 minutes outside Salta. The houses are colonial in style, but have been well designed and feature lots of modern touches. Good facilities such as a great shower and air conditioning are balanced by original features like the wooden shutters and flooring. Each building has a verandah covered in foliage which attracts frequent hummingbirds. The pool is nicely designed and very relaxing. The staff were very attentive and super helpful and the food was all freshly hand made and delicious. We really enjoyed relaxing here and would love to come back.

An all class operation. Outstanding staff, food and setting combine to make this a perfect stay in the Salta area of Argentina. Two charming old dogs, beautiful pool, and lovely employees provide an atmosphere of relaxation and peace. Dinner and breakfast can match the best you’ve had anywhere. Rooms are tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed, good hot shower. One negative: it’s 30 minutes from Salta itself, taxi available.

This is a beautiful and well situated hotel in large grounds, where only the birds can be heard. Great food, lovely central lounge and outside seating, friendly staff and resident dogs. Everything to like - highly recommended! Top tip - take a card into town with you from the hotel as not all taxi drivers know where it is.

We have stayed here many times over the years - and the same core group of staff are there to greet us. Great place to unwind after a long flight or if you have an early flight in the morning. Great home cooked meals, comfy beds, warm and wonderful staff, quiet country charm. If you are a light sleeper, you may want ear plugs as occasionally you can hear neighbouring dogs barking in the distance. Love this place - gorgeous in itself, but the people make it world class.

Een oase van rust in de relatieve chaos van Salta. Finca Valentina is een heerlijke en luxe verblijf waar het je aan niets ontbreekt. We verbleven helaas maar 1 nacht in ‘huisje’ 7. Het is ruim, schoon en heeft mooie design details. Je ziet dat aan veel details is gedacht. Dit wordt doorgetrokken in het hoofdgebouw waar een goed ontbijtbuffet aanwezig is. Ook wordt iedere avond een vast 3 gangen menu geserveerd. Het op Italiaanse keuken gebaseerd menu is niet goedkoop maar wel goed. Finca Valentina zou in de Toscaanse heuvels niet misstaan. We hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid en de luxe van deze Finca met gigantische tuin en mooi zwembad. Een absolute aanrader. 88 punten
