Rosemont Hotels with Airport pickup service

I can walk to the car rental center from the hotel, two large beds in separated room space for more privacy but they shared the same toilet.

My child's wedding was there. The hotel staff at the event were very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated them. The event itself was lovely and it was set up as we requested. I am giving the ”very good” rating because of that. But, regarding the room we stayed in, we had no hot water in shower for two nights - so we had only cold showers as we dressed for the wedding. Planning was also more difficult than we would have hoped/expected, because the designated caterer for our event (which was a large part of why we had chosen that venue in the first place) changed less than three months before the wedding and we didn't have a menu with pricing until 6 weeks beforehand (the day before invitations had to go out). It isn't clear when the hotel knew about the change, but it never notified us (we learned only when the ”old” caterer told us), and the process led to a lot of last minute stress, and increased costs. Finally, the hotel billed the bride and groom for a room for a night they did not even stay at the hotel; when we questioned that we were told the charges would stand because they hadn't notified the hotel 72 business days in advance (further in advance than the caterer was even set up). In addition, the hotel had agreed to comp us another room but that did not occur because we initially had given the hotel the name of one couple we thought would stay in that comped room - when we learned that couple had not stayed at the hotel overnight, the hotel was unwilling to switch and provide the cost of the comped room to another guest (or even to offset the charges to the bride and groom for the room they did not use, as noted above). We were frustrated by that intransigence.

Best park and stay for sure! Queen beds (most in the area have double beds). Comfortable, shuttle that came every 15 minutes (I would say even more often but possibly because it was Spring Break week). Accommodating with a rollaway bed. Great restaurant/bar and my son left his running watch and it was turned in my cleaning staff so we got that back easily. I've stayed at so many park and stays in Chicago and this is my go to now.

While my experience had its ups and downs, there were aspects of the hotel that left a lasting impression. Let's start with the positives. The service at the Part Hotel was impeccable. Despite the challenges I faced with room changes due to some rooms having a lingering smell, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their professionalism and genuine concern for my comfort were commendable. Each request was promptly addressed, and the staff always wore warm smiles, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Moreover, the location of the Part Hotel holds a special place in my heart. Being in the neighborhood where I grew up added a nostalgic touch to my visit. I enjoyed strolling through familiar streets, reminiscing about my childhood adventures, and rediscovering hidden gems in the area. For guests with a penchant for history and local culture, the hotel's surroundings offer a treasure trove of experiences waiting to be explored. However, it's essential to address the drawbacks. The aging facilities of the Part Hotel were noticeable, with some rooms showing signs of wear and tear. The recurring issue of unpleasant odors in certain rooms was disappointing, prompting me to switch accommodations multiple times during my stay. While the staff did their best to mitigate these issues, it detracted from the overall experience and left room for improvement in the hotel's maintenance. In conclusion, my stay at the Part Hotel was a mix of nostalgia, excellent service, and room for improvement. While the historic charm and personalized attention from the staff were highlights of my visit, the outdated facilities and recurring odor issues were areas of concern. Nevertheless, the hotel's unique ambiance and convenient location make it a compelling choice for those seeking a glimpse into Shanghai's past. With some refurbishments and attention to detail, the Part Hotel has the potential to elevate its offering and provide an even more memorable experience for guests.

Stayed with my wife in Chicago on my way to visit family. Room was ready, clean, and perfect for us upon arrival. Definitely appreciate the helpfulness on the front desk staff and manager Kyle Cho on our most recent stay!

The staff at the front desk are friendly, they provide free airport drop-off, and the driver helps with luggage, which is very good👍The foyer is small and has a sense of design. Didn't order breakfast. Very close to the outlets, within walking distance. Not far from the airport or blue line subway, but requires a taxi. The view outside the room window is great, you can watch the highway and planes taking off and landing, but of course it's a bit noisy. The room is generally hygienic and the facilities are quite complete.

This is a fairly typical Hampton Inn, but very near O’Hare with shuttle service to / from the airport. Pictures of the front, entrance lobby, eating and bar areas, swimming pool, and fitness center are attached. There are also many restaurants nearby within easy walking distance, we went to Moretti’s across the street that was very good. We had a two queen bed room, #320, that was very nice (picture of bedroom, bathroom, and view out the window are attached). I found the instructions on how to use their “business center” - not really a business center , just a printer with difficult to follow instructions about emailing to get a code, then using a web browser to find the printer too much for me to grasp. So instead I asked one of the lovely young ladies at the front desk for help, Karla Ramirez was a big help and offered to print my boarding passes for me if I emailed them to her. When I came back down about 30 minutes later shw had them waiting for me. That’s the type of customer service this hotel should be rewarding. Thank you Karla!!!

Hotels near the airport. There is a parking space at the door. 5 minutes drive from the airport. There is a fashion mall opposite, which can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or 3-5 minutes by car. The room is relatively spacious, the bed is very large, the quilt is very comfortable, the sound insulation is super good, and I sleep until 8 o'clock in the morning. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport, which departs every 30 minutes. The driver is very kind and will help with luggage. Remember to tip. The front desk staff was average and not welcoming. No breakfast

The room is large, Booked suite, The structure and design are very reasonable, The space is well used, There is a kitchen where you can cook something to eat. 300 meters next to the target, And panda express.

The hotel is a bit dated though. It is spacious and generous. The heater worked well, so we had a good time. The location is about that, the price is reasonable, and I'm staying comfortably.
