"It is very close to the airport. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus that runs every 10 minutes. It is very convenient. The room is large, comfortable and quiet. Because I leave at night until early morning, I don't pay attention to the surrounding area of the hotel. In short, it is very suitable for connecting flights."
"The hotel is a bit dated though.
It is spacious and generous.
The heater worked well, so we had a good time.
The location is about that, the price is reasonable, and I'm staying comfortably."

"Hotels near the airport. There is a parking space at the door. 5 minutes drive from the airport. There is a fashion mall opposite, which can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or 3-5 minutes by car.
The room is relatively spacious, the bed is very large, the quilt is very comfortable, the sound insulation is super good, and I sleep until 8 o'clock in the morning.
The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport, which departs every 30 minutes. The driver is very kind and will help with luggage. Remember to tip.
The front desk staff was average and not welcoming. No breakfast"
"I always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!"
"Location: The hotel's location is very convenient, very close to the airport and close to the subway station, making traveling very convenient.
Room: The room is spacious and makes people feel comfortable and relaxed.
Service: Encountered a fire drill during the stay, but the service staff did not explain the reason in detail, which was a bit confusing"
"Accidentally booked this hotel during the Days of the Dead event that was going on at the hotel that weekend. So when I arrived I was surprised by many of the attendees, but some absolutely interest costumes and people were there. Even saw Alice Cooper and several stars of the current hit movie Terrifier hanging out in the lobbies and at the restaurant. This hotel is located across the street from the convention center and also the Rosemont Theater and close to O'Hare. That was my biggest problem, so many loud planes flying over (very closely) all through the night. My room was on the side next to the Rosemont Theater and their very bright sign was a little annoying, especially since the blinds don't close all the way to block off the light or help with sound reduction. As with most busy hotels, the unfortunate noises from other guests slamming doors or taking a shower is something I might expect at a lower name brand hotel - unfortunately these problems are present at this location too.
My room purchase came with free breakfast buffet at the restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. A wide variety of fresh fruits and standard breakfast foods, all laid out nicely and neat. I would hit this place up for breakfast anytime I am in that neighborhood.
Staff was friendly, took the hotel shuttle back to O'Hare. Has a decent size indoor pool and a couple of workout rooms, which I didn't use. Also had a Caddyshack themed bar and restaurant, food was also decent there."

Outstanding
GGuest UserHotel was good. Loved the shuttle from the airport. Before booking I called and asked if they had cribs available and they said yes. I booked the hotel well in advance, few weeks out. I asked to make sure I get one for our 15 month old. While booking the hotel I also requested a crib but when we arrived, after traveling for 18 hours, we were told no cribs were available. Very disappointed by that. Everything else was great.
FFazal IOverall, my recent stay at this hotel was a positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants in walking distance for dining. Despite being so close to these amenities, the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast provided by the hotel was basic but satisfying, with a decent selection of options to choose from.
Airport shuttle and price was the main reasons I chose this hotel.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.
FFerdoshBest location if you need to return rental car before you fly. Just 3 minutes drive.
The hotel facilities have been recently renovated and everything is spot-on!
The room has absolutely everything you would ever need, good coffee, appliances, nice lightning, super clean bathroom. Reading chair and working desk.
(The only problem is they don't offer water in the room).
Nice swimming pool and gym.
Downsides: They charge parking, and the check-in staff could be kinder. They interacted with me and other foreign guests in a rather bossy way.

MMinminlittle houseThe hotel is located near the Chicago O'Hare Airport Car Rental Center. You can take the free ATS at the airport to get there directly. Of course, you can also take the hotel shuffle bus to and from the hotel. The shuttle bus starts at 4:00 every day and leaves the hotel every 30 minutes. So it is very convenient to travel between the airport and the hotel.
The hotel room is really large because it is a suite, and the facilities are also good. Because the central lobby is a bar, it is a bit noisy at night, but closing the bedroom door does not affect the rest at all.
There are many fast food restaurants around the hotel, including Western and Asian restaurants, and of course there are good steak houses.
What I want to complain about is their service. I paid in advance, but at that time, due to the difference in room prices, additional deductions were made. After returning to China, I negotiated with the hotel through Ctrip customer service. The hotel has given various reasons, such as the money was just frozen, the manager was not there, and the time difference. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service is very powerful and keeps a close eye on the hotel. Finally, the hotel admitted that it had overcharged and said it would return the money in the original way. I would like to thank all the Ctrip customer service staff for their best efforts.

GGuest UserHotel is at a good location, within walking distance to the train station @ Rosemont. Commute to downtown Chicago was a breeze and cheap from here.
Room is at the right size and cozy. This hotel has the best TV, big and plenty of channel to watch. It has personalised message for the guest too, which is really nice.
Just a note to the property owner. The room cleaning is not up to the mark for this establishment. There are visible dust on the side table and small droplet of food on the floor. The hotel did not even make up the room the next day, even though request has been passed to the front desk that we require room cleaning.
Overall, it is a nice hotel and a good one to stay if you want to have a rest over before a long distance flight from O'hare airport.

PPat BayWe called receptionists twice within 1 hour at night requesting for blanket, he said yes, and ignored my request. Can you leave your guest with no blanket overnight? What a hotel can offer such service?

GGuest UserIn terms of location, the airport shuttle bus only runs every 30 minutes, so reservations are required. Poor service. I like the room to be warmer (about 25 degrees). When I arrived in the room, the heating was normal, but the front desk suddenly locked the heating function. I called the front desk to ask for help, but was ignored. I went to the front desk and asked again. He actually said that I was too warm. . I paid to stay here because I want to rest in a comfortable temperature and environment. Whether it's too warm or too cold is different for everyone, and it's not just you at the front desk who has the final say. The front desk said they would help me adjust the temperature to the desired temperature, but they didn't adjust it all night. It was cold all night, but I was too tired to complain. It was useless anyway. Room soundproofing is poor. If it weren't for the relatively low price, I wouldn't consider this place.
The average price for hotels in Rosemont is AED 896 on weekdays, and AED 938 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
