One night stay in September. Nice and well cared for hotel, even in the details. Comfortable rooms with high level equipment. Courteous and helpful staff and good breakfast. Too bad the unfortunate location, nestled between other too close buildings. Availability of absent or reduced common areas and scarce parking possibilities.

We stayed a couple of days as an intermediate stop towards Puglia, and it turned out to be an excellent solution. Contained but of great quality structure located close to the beaches, modern, well furnished and very clean. Very kind and helpful staff, breakfast buffet adequate to the structure and of quality. Definitely a reference for future occasions… recommended!!

Un piacevole soggiorno con degli aspetti negativi, che tutto sommato non hanno rovinato le giornate. Camera pulita e di giusta ampiezza, sia da letto che il bagno, con un buon kit da doccia e phon professionale; frigo bar con alcune bevande, bollitore per caffè o the e TV con Sky. Piccolo fastidio il riscaldamento autonomo, un pò rumoroso e punta quasi dritto un lato del letto. Altro fastidio è stato la bassa temperatura nella sala colazione, bella ed ampia, ma alta e divisa dall'esterno solo da vetrate, che impediscono un giusto riscaldamento, probabilmente è un problema solo invernale. La colazione è molto buona per scelta e qualità dolce, frutta, torte ecc. meno scelta sul salato. A due passi dal mare e da vari locali dove pranzare o cenare, se non si vuole approfittare del ristorante interno, molto raffinato e di costo sopra la media; mentre Il costo del soggiorno è giusto.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana....poche stanze e tutte nuovissime...posizione strategica per godersi roseto parcheggiando...non con poca facilità la macchina...ma comunque...elisa disponibile e socievole attenta ad ogni dettaglio e sempre pronta a consigli su ristoranti e bar insieme con le altre collaboratrici..colazione soddisfacente e servizio spiaggia convenzionato a poca distanza...punto di riferimento a roseto...consigliato sicuramente

Sono stato in questo hotel solo per una notte (11/09). Hotel molto carino e pulito, sembra una bomboniera. Camera grande e pulita, personale gentilissimo. Buffet della colazione molto ricco e variegato. Sicuramente se ripasso da Roseto mi fermerò ancora.
