I was on vacation in Tize appartments reserved via Booking and I am dissaponted by provided service. When we made check in and came to appartment at 5 o'clock there were no sheets on beds neither towels. So I went back to reception and they said they will bring it. I went to pool. There you need to swim with hat and no hats were avaliable to purchase. After 2 hours sheets were still not there. I have called reception and they said they will bring it in 30 minutes. Nothing happened so I called again. Again they said they will bring it and still nothing all day. Then I went on reception again, trully dissapointed by service and unprofessional behaviour and demanded that they provide me service which I paid for. At 22 o'clock I came back from city and only one bed had sheets on it, the other sheets were just laying on the other bed. Again unprofessionally and on top of that there were no sheets for pillow! The dish was dirty and we did not have any cooking pan - just one big (6l) pot in which I was unable to make some eggs or something for breakfast. And there was unhealthy mud on wall behind small TV as well! With right management I believe that is easy to solve and experience would be on whole different level.

Reception unreachable. The building is disgusting.. we outside the parking lot with a 6 month old baby.. and no one answered the phone. Dirty around the cobwebs that could be seen.. the pool water rotten green. We absolutely did not want to stay. I booked somewhere else! Never again and I do not recommend it! And you wanted €100 deposit? No way!

Premetto che di solito non lascio mai recensioni negative, ma questa volta mi sono sentito obbligato a farlo per evitare che altre persone siano ingannate. Le foto su Booking mostrano stanze completamente diverse da quelle che abbiamo trovato: il frigorifero era arrugginito, le finestre avevano i binari per le tende ma senza tende, e la pulizia generale del complesso era pessima. I corridoi delle camere erano sporchi di escrementi di uccelli, l'acqua calda era inesistente, e per finire, il complesso necessitava di una disinfestazione: la sera non si poteva nemmeno aprire la finestra per tre secondi senza essere invasi da zanzare e insetti. Non consiglio assolutamente di venire qui per le vacanze. Anche se il prezzo è basso, non ne vale la pena: con una spesa leggermente superiore, si trovano posti molto migliori.

Accettabile come struttura..se non fosse per mancanza di pulizia..il personale è gentile.. manca animazione..ma quello che peggio ci siamo ritrovati in piena settimana di mosche da nn poterci manco goderci il sole nella loro bella piscina.

Nulla di rinnovato. Anzi...peggio degli anni scorsi. Alle 23,30 Samba cercava di riparare acqua fredda nel appartamento dopo una giornata intera senza possibilità di fare la doccia.Appartamento per 5 persone con soli 3 cuscini....senza posate, muri sporchi..... nemmeno un pezzo di carta igienica.... Peccato.

Ottima struttura, appartamento pulito e piscina fantastica. Spiaggia raggiungibile con il trenino o a piedi in circa 10 minuti. Consigliato soprattutto a famiglie con bambini. Tappa fissa ogni estate.

Mai avuto un’esperienza così pessima. L’alloggio dalle 10 che dovevano darcelo ce lo hanno dato alle 13 sporco… dopo numerose chiamate e offese prese gratuitamente dal responsabile semplicemente perché ci stavamo, giustamente lamentando perché il nostro appartamento non era pronto e di due appartamenti che dovevamo avere, dopo le ore 13, solo uno dei due era pulito. L’altro, con materassi pieni di muffa e completamente pieno di altre cose (si presume dei clienti che erano andati via tempo prima) con calma ce lo hanno dato alle ore 15. Bar completamente non pronto per l’apertura (mancavano persino i cucchiaini per mescolare il caffè). Piscine vuote senza acqua. E parco giochi completamente inutilizzato e abbandonato a se stesso.

Inaccettabile uno sporco del genere, lampade rotte, macchie sui pavimenti, materassi, ragnatele ovunque. Abbiamo chiesto rimborso perché ci siamo rifiutati di soggiornare, ma ci hanno risposto che ci volevano 30 giorni lavorativi....beh stiamo ancora aspettando 🤐
