Stayed 3 nights over the ANZAC weekend in the unpowered camping field. The hosts were lovely and offered great info on activities and wildlife. Facilities were older but clean and well supplied. The location is beautiful with views of the Ben Lomond NP peaks, loads of wallabies, quolls and even a resident wombat. Only downside is leeches in the forest when wet but none in the camping area. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, well-appointed modern cabin. Central to all our destinations. Debbie and Craig very attentive and were able to accommodate our special needs. Air conditioning, electric blankets and the most comfortable bed! So peaceful and quiet with the freshest, cleanest air imaginable. Stunning mountain views. We would definitely book again if travelling to Tasmania. Thank You Sonia & Don

Went for four days with a group of friends. The cabins are well appointed and have everything you need with a good kitchen area for making dinner. Very quiet and secluded. The grounds are extensive and there is an easy eight km walk from the cabins. We saw lots of wildlife, wallabies, wombats, a quoll and even a platypus in the dam. There are many bush walks in the vicinity ranging from easy to difficult.

I was a solo traveller within a group that booked multiple cabins. All our cabins were roomy, nicely maintained, well set up and clean. Peaceful outlook. Location was great for exploring and walking within the north east of Tassie.

My partner and I stayed here last night. We had an unpowered campsite near the creek. It was absolutely divine! Craig, the host, was very accommodating. He even lit a camp fire for us. The toilets and showers - for campers - are dated, but extremely clean, with very good pressure and lovely hot water. The camp kitchen is gorgeous! Open, but allows for the beautiful night to cone in, surrounding you with the ambience of Tasmania's wildness. We saw Quolls, womvats, bandicoot, wallabies, lots of trout in the creek, and an amazing peacefulness. This is an absolute must to visit! I'll be back next year - thankyou Craggy Peaks!

We stayed two nights in a spacious, comfortable cabin equipped with everything you need and with a big, usable balcony. The setting is lovely and local wildlife abounds. We took our two trainee guide dogs, who were made as welcome as we were. Although as guide dogs they can go anywhere it was great to see other people appreciating being able to take their dogs on holiday with them. The staff were all friendly and approachable and if they couldn't answer a query about the locality they pointed us to someone who could. We were reassured that they required proof of Covid vaccination prior to arrival and that masks were required in all public places. The free wifi available near reception worked fine and there were plenty of DVDs and books available to borrow. We thought the price was very reasonable for what is offered. The local walks were excellent and we will visit again!
