Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, ca. 20 Minuten Fußmarsch von der City entfernt. Das Frühstück für 21,-€ war sehr vielfältig, aber für das Geld hätte man frische Bäckerbrötchen erwartet und nicht solche kleinen harten Aufbackschrippen. Als Alternative griff man zum Schwarzbrot, welches sehr lecker und leider immer schnell weg war. Aber auf Bitte wurde neues nachgelegt. Der Frühstücksraum war in sehr romantisches Licht getaucht, da hätten wir uns mehr Licht sehr gewünscht. Zum Abendessen war es angenehmer im Schummerlicht. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Hotel withdrew an unauthorized amount from the card as a fee for extra cleaning 2 days post departure from the hotel. Do not stay at this hotel you will pay for you stay and then they will steal from you when you leave. Never have a experienced such filthy disgusting business practices, you have been warned.

Well, what can I say…We are a well travelled couple all over the world, and never have I been asked at check in what time we want to have breakfast? I asked why I have to decide that now at check in and the answer was that ’you only get 1 hr and have to decide your time now’ ???!!! What is this, well - there is a first time for everything. The hotel is really weird and I have no idea what the interior designer was thinking as it is all a very strange missmatch. Food in restaurant totally overprized and boring menu. Charging for parking outside the hotel is not correct for a paying guest. The only good thing I could think of was the nice forest outside where we could take our dogs for a nice walk. This is absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel - we give it a very weak 3

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Trihotel. Diesmal hatten wir das Arrangement,, Couple Time „ . Vom Drei Gänge Menü bis zur Spa Suite für zwei war alles super. Das Essen im Trihotel ist wirklich ein Erlebnis. Das Restaurant,, Fünf Elemente „ ist wunderschön eingerichtet und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Wir hatten dieses Mal auch ein Sektfrühstück im Bett. Mal was anderes und auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen . Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür und dann steht dem unbeschwerten Besuch von Warnemünde nichts im Wege.

Wir haben uns spontan für ein Arrangements im Januar entschieden. Es ist ein echt schönes Hotel, das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet,die Lage ist gut - man ist in kürzester Zeit mit den Bussen in Rostock, für unsere Pärchenauszeit war es perfekt - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind sehr gerne hier. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber, das Essen ist phantastisch und die Rockbar ist phänomenal. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Waldbad war eine absolute Entspannung und das Schwimmbad nutzen wir auch sehr gerne. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen denn es ist für uns, Erholung pur. Vielen Dank, Julia Schultze

Moin, Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind bereits das zweite Mal dort. Schöne, saubere Suite im 3. Stock gebucht. Sehr fluffige Kissen. Kühlschrank, Dusche, Badewanne.... Alles bestens. Nettes, aufmerksames Personal egal ob im Restaurant, Spa Rezeption oder im Rocktheater. Sehr gute Küche. Alles in Allem seriös irre. Gruß Manfred
