Das Hotel ist Ok, aber der Kundenservice verbesserungsfähig. 19:45 Uhr „Hallo können wir heute Abend noch die Sauna benutzen“ „Ja aber nur bis 20:00 Uhr“ „Ok, wir sind aber erst um 20:00 im Hotel; geht es vielleicht heute auch bis 21:00“ „Nein, nur bis 20:00“ „Und warum?
