Hotel guests can also use the services of a room service, laundry, men's public bath, women's aqua center, hammam, bath attendant, massage therapist and other additional services.

Это самый ужасный отель в Ростове. Каждый год останавливаюсь в Ростове- на -Дону и выбираю разные отели. Темерницкий - это просто ужас. Бассейн не чистят, в бане и саунах пахнет плесенью. Повезло, что ничем не заболел. Если вы хотите попасть назад в 90-е годы. Вам сюда. С едой вас обманут, придумают сто причин, почему вас не кормить. Сервис просто ужас. Нахамят, наорут, слушать вас не будут - испортят весь отдых. БЕГИТЕ отсюда!!!

Приехали с другого города, чтоб попасть в спа, сняли номер специально. Не попали. Персонал не предупредил ни о чем (оказалось, что спа арендовали на компанию крупную, хотя знали, что мы приехали в спа).На ресепшене одни говорят одно, на другом ресепшене другое... Руководство вообще не понятно где, вопросы не решает...
