Had a great time The Limerick lad and Amy first class hosts.Over the years we have stayed in many establishments in Rothesay but this was the best by far. Breakfast superb,no complaints at all. We will certainly be back. Bar is also excellent great choice of drinks.

Had great w/end at this hotel great location right on water front Dave and Amy were lovely hosts friendly welcoming breakfast was plentiful rooms were basic but had everything you needed tea coffee tv bed was comfy only criticism I had was bathroom was very small will definitely be returning again

David and Amy are a lovely couple who welcome you into their hotel very enthusiastically, nice place to stay. To be fair David made a cracking breakfast each morning and he's pretty good as a barman also . Lovely couple looking forward to staying here again next spring . I was trying to get an extra day on the island but with it being the highland games unfortunately unable to but Amy and David tried everywhere for us , nothing is too much for them and fair does to them for trying . Cakes were lovely which Amy bakes and gives as gifts to residents.thank you both so much

Nice little B and B with licensed bar. Breakfast great, staff friendly and helpful. Only 300 yards from town centre and right on seafront. Only drawback was our room which was a late booking and very much on the small side but otherwise we’ll appointed.

Return visit for us (the walkers) after 1 year. Happy to say hotel met our expectations once again. Great location...free parking in front of hotel....great views from the bar terrace. Very friendly service again from Dave the owner. The breakfast as before was superb.

What a great hotel. Very clean from the minute you walk in the door. Dave and Amy couldn’t be anymore helpful, rooms are good and breakfast is amazing. Very central and on the sea front. Would definitely recommend

Superb small hotel in a great location on waterfront. Extremely friendly owners (Dave & Amy). Great bar and superb breakfast. We really enjoyed the homemade nougat sweets on the journey home. We (the walkers) will be back!

Nice hotel Dave the owner is friendly and perfect host. Breakfast is all you need keep you going all day. Nice clean comfy room and comfy bed. Bar has good choice of drinks and very reasonable prices. Some saying rooms out dated this is possibly due to fact they bought just before covid struck and Dave has plans for alterations which will sort this out. He is brilliant cook so hopefully start doing evening meals. Got a present of big bit of banana cake when leaving which was amazing.

David and Amy really made us feel welcome, they took care that our motorbike was safety parked. The room was clean. Our breakfasts were delicious. There was a licensed bar in the property. The views from the bar were amazing. They waved us off, helped us with our luggage and even sent us off with some delicious home baking. David especially took time to chat to us. A very good host
