It should be considered a relatively good hotel in Rotorua. The landlady who checked in and out was very friendly. The room is fully equipped and kitchen paper is provided. The shower room only has a fixed shower head, no handheld shower head. The soundproofing of the house is not very good, and you can hear the loud sound of water when taking a shower in the bedroom. There is no breakfast, which is not very convenient for people who don't cook.
