Bed is too small for sharing between 3 pax. A musky smell when stepped into the room, should have included a freshener or air filter in the room! Location is good

This is essentially a motel, quite shabby. Parking is convenient!
The room they gave me is quite poor, like it was built illegally.
There was a bottle of used milk in the refrigerator.
There were many hairs on the sofa bed. The so-called big bed was only 1.4 meters wide and very soft, so two people couldn't sleep on it.
As for the outdoor spa, I didn't want to use it either. There were fallen leaves all over the ground and old spider webs on the lights, as if it hadn't been taken care of for a long time.
The bathroom had a curtain.

I booked a 2 room room for my Rotorua trip. The facilities were well equipped and the bed was comfortable. This room is perfect for a family of four.
The location is a bit far from the city center, but the Luge is right in front. Recommended for budget accommodation in Rotorua.

We had a very spacious room with kitchenette. We loved both the bed and pillows. The room came with a private hot tub and a great balcony overlooking the prettiest clear water stream. This location is directly across from the Skyline gondola, restaurant and Volcanic winery. Fabulous views and nice restaurant. There is also a restaurant on site which you will need to book before arrival. We loved this location.
