Very nice owners, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table. The carpet was very dirty, both in the hallway and in our room. The room was okay but more like a hostel than a hotel. In Rotorua, accommodation is significantly more expensive than other cities. The price-performance ratio was therefore worse compared to other cities.

It was clean and I was very satisfied.
However, it seemed like the manager's room was separated by a curtain, so when I used the kitchen late at night I heard a child crying, which I felt bad about. I think if there had been a door or something, we might have been able to avoid having to worry about each other.

This hotel is not far from the hot springs. There is a big Huangchao restaurant. The car is parked on the roadside at the door.

先説説這個住宿的優點，就是離波利尼西亞温泉很近，又在中心的位置，去黃超市也很近，周圍飯店很多，邊上就有一個韓國炸**。住宿是一個很舊的老房子，主人盡力把住宿弄得乾淨和整潔，但是介於房子的侷限性，舒適度還是不夠，房間沒有燒水壺，要到樓下的公用廚房燒水，公用冰箱也是在樓下，衞生間沒有洗臉盆

Unfortunately, this is not a place I would recommend. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. The condition of the room was extremely poor, and the bathroom was particularly unclean. The photos on the listing are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the property.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was just wonderful. It’s under new management and Vineet told me he has had the place for only the last 6 months. Its very lovely, has a full kitchen for guests to use and the common areas to have meals and chill on the lounge are spacious and the sofas are great to relax on after a long day mountain biking. The staff are lovely and happy to have a chat and suggest places to go and eat. The common areas like the kitchen, bathrooms and toilets were always spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Rotorua.

Single room is very comfortable. New carpet and bed. Very cosy. Also the room has been repainted. Awesome hospitality by host Dave. Free parking for 24 hours. Will be coming back soon. Thanks Kiwi as guest house. Mangere Teka "Marnz".......
