Confortable and Nice hotel. Absolutely I am coming back. The room was great and allá the is kindly . We stayed very happy en the days we were there. The location was very good, in a quiet zone ine in Roterdam. The breakfast was also good and the hotel had some things of courtesy

They charged us €250 smoking fine on departure - we never smoked in the room!! We absolutely, categorically did not smoke inside the property but checked out and found they had withdrew €250 from my bank as a fine!! They even acknowledged that we did not smoke in the room but will not refund this money. We left the room in a pleasant state that did not smell at all. Do not book here - they are thieves!

Very friendly and welcoming service and clean spacious bedroom. Close to lots of galleries, cafes and restaurants which was the main attraction for us and meant we could make the most of our short stay in Rotterdam! It was very easy to access the hotel and all questions were answered efficiently!

One of the strictest policies I’ve ever experienced – avoid at all costs! I strongly advise against booking at Sonder Hotel. Their policies are extremely rigid and customer-unfriendly. Check-in is at 4 PM, unlike the more standard 2 PM at most hotels. If you want to check in even one hour earlier, they charge you half the price of your entire stay – absolutely unreasonable! Additionally, they show no flexibility when it comes to cancelations, even though these strict policies are not transparently disclosed on the booking site. If you want to avoid being trapped by these policies, you’ll end up having to pay even more. I cannot recommend this hotel at all. Save yourself the hassle and frustration by choosing another place to stay.

Well located in Rotterdam and easy to access from the central station. Nice and comfortable room. Friendly contact with the staff at the desk and very good response to requests for service. Hospitality lounge excellent. Breakfast very appropriate and self-serve. Very quiet rooms . All in all we would come back

Nice quite room,high ceiling. Power breakfast, super shower, nice common areas, secure lockers, tram stop accros the street, very close to city centre, warm duvet, fluffy pillows, high and soft matrass, friendly and helpfull personel.

Great place to stay. About a 25-minute walk from the train station or a 10-minute tram ride. The room was small but well equipped with high quality fittings especially the shower. It was explained that the room isn't cleaned on a daily basis, which was fine by me as I don't make much mess. All dealings with staff face-to-face and online were most satisfactiry - friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend.

Convenient hotel in nice neighborhood. Love that there is always tea or coffee available. It took me several days to understand that we needed to empty our own trash and request room cleaning two days in advance. But, that was fine, and I’d stay again. Great, dark rooms for sleeping!
