Pleasant small hotel. The walls are all made from thick concrete so sleep quality is great in the quiet, dark room. Shower, towels and shower gel and shampoo are all good. Location is peaceful overlooking the waterfront and a few doors in the same block away from Fenix Food Factory. The rooms are up stairs with no elevator.

Wow, wow, wow!! This place is awesome and the owners who take care of the place, Monique and Eugene, are what makes this place so amazing. My wife, daughter and I stayed here just for one night and felt.like we wanted to.stay longer. Eugene was most kind in helping us getting our bags to the room since there is no elevator in the building. Our room was spacious, chic and comfortable with a balcony to enjoy the view and lovely weather. We look forward.to another trip to Rotterdam and another stay at BBB. Many, many thanks our gracious hosts and we hope.to see you soon.

I was surprised when I arrived, didn't know is a boutique hotel. Once we check in and got familiarized with the property we fell in loved. Owners were very kind and accommodating

There are not enough words for me to express how much I enjoyed my stay! The staff and owners were so kind and helpful. The room was great and clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom very nice, and a lovely view from the window. You do need to know that there is no elevator, so you will be carrying your bags up the stairs, but the person who checked me in was kind enough to help me. They even had a small cold box by the door with complimentary drinks and snacks - what a nice surprise. I met the owner in the morning as I checked out and she was lovely. The location is easy walking distance to the cruise port. You can actually see the ships from the hotel. I would definitely stay here my next time in Rotterdam!

This hotel came highly recommended by close Dutch friends, and it certainly did not disappoint! The location is fantastic - right on the waterfront - and the owners are very friendly, warm and attentive. I particularly loved the Nespresso machine in the room and the beds were very very comfortable. This is an originally industrial neighborhood that has been converted to a very cool living neighborhood, with great restaurants, two wonderful bakeries and amazing views of the port and river. I would highly recommend this hotel.
