Very well located hotel, comfortable room and friendly staff. Only one flaw: no elevator. When you're on the third floor with big luggage, it's not fun.

We were on a bussiness trip to Rouen for 1 week, very nice city with many intersting places and activities. We rest at Originals Hotel, fair conditions and well located

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very well placed for the old city of Rouen. We were in room 17, it was very clean, the bed linen was crisp and clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large compared to usual hotel bathrooms, great shower pressure too. Hairdryer in the bathroom together with a small assortment of soap/ shower gel. The room also has a kettle and a small amount of tea/ coffee and sugar. No milk but the supermarket around the corner sells long life milk in the little 1 measure cartons. We didn't do the breakfast as we were out earlier than It started (7am) all the staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous. Just a short walk to restaurants and sights. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again. We could see the cathedral and the river Seine from our room also which was lovely. It's also only about a 15 minute walk from the train station and easy to find .

Rooms are basic but clean. The bed is small but linen crisp. The water nice and hot. Very limited supplies in room. Tea bags but no milk. The gentleman on the desk was neither gentle or a man. Absolutely obnoxious. Horrible and most inhospitable. The lady on the desk opposite him was lovely.

This hotel is located in the center of Rouen in easy walking distance to all tourist attractions. Bedrooms are clean, comfortable, modern . Breakfast was superb. Staff are friendly, healpfull and polite Realistic prices

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. A public car park is located two minutes from the hotel. There are no communication problems with the staff.

Stayed only 1 night but was good experience. The reception was good, Room very clean and nice breakfast. Could be improved: bedding (pillows) and soundproof (you can hear your bedroom neighbors) Well located for visit and there is parking very close
