Negatives - A basic hotel with very basic amenities. The room was so basic and was very outdated we were on the top floor. The room wasn’t 100% clean and could have been better. Over priced for what we paid. I did know it was a 2 star hotel so didn’t expect too much. Positives Great location, staff really friendly and helpful, clean bedding and towels every day. I would stay here again

for one night only, too bad, because it is very well located. Very clean room, bathroom too, varied and copious breakfast, in a room with character. Teenagers and their parents delighted, a very good night's sleep, very comfortable bedding. Absolute calm. Thank you for the hair dryer loan. Friendly and very attentive staff. Near the underground parking lot of the courthouse. Very reasonable price for one night and one day.

The hotel is infested with bedbugs. My body was covered in stinging bites for 8 days. The manager knows this and does not inform the guests when they leave. Not having immediately grasped the scourge, I did not take precautions when I returned home. I have spent my time disinfecting my home for fear of having to deal with an infestation. To top it off, the manager refuses to reimburse me for the 3 nights. Irresponsible and criminal!

La chambre est spacieuse, le personnel est accueillant et serviable ainsi que le gérant. Par contre impossible de régler en fin de séjour ou même d'obtenir de régler le lendemain si vous ne pouvez pas le jour même. C'est la première fois que je vois cela et pourtant j'ai l'habitude des hôtels et j'ai été moi même réceptionniste et nous avons toujours été à l'écoute de nos clients. C'est le seul point négatif et c'est dommage car le reste est parfait et je recommande malgré ce point négatif
