Yes ,the staying was good, impressed by the room decor and location of the hotel was amazing.
Just a little dissatisfied with the dinner, because the food was not so tasty. Please work on that and try to include more dish items in menu.

My power glasses stolen from my room .
My crocs were also stolen from pool side .
Breakfast order also not served properly.
very disheartening that A brand like Mayfair has degrading his hospitality.
kindly arrange a mail ID or mobile no as I have requested several times to the hotel staff but they even don't bother to attend the request or call me back.

It's a very good experience . The hotel exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service ,luxurious rooms and stunning ambience.The staff was warm and attentive and ensuring a delightful stay
But I need to tell one thing that I don't like that abouts it's breakfast policy that earlier it was included and room service is also not chargeable but later it is chargeable for bringing the breakfast inside room so that things needs to be better .and rest of things are good 👍

Overall good but after ordering food it was so much of delay to serve food. If anyone is hungry it was difficult to wait for at least 1 hour

The property is situated at a very accessible location pretty close from airport.The property is situated at a beautiful landscape and offers mesmerising view. It offers pretty good facilities.Staff are very friendly and cordial. Food is good taste and portion wise

Firstly the room doesn't have basic amenities like bathroom sleepers, body lotion and shaving kit.
Secondly during the breakfast time, I asked for tea and toast twice but even after waiting for 10 minutes, they didn't serve me the same. I was having a teams meeting so I couldn't go myself and hence ended up without having it.

The services were great but there were no slippers. The connectivity is the biggest issue there. The food was delicious.
