Nice location and price, easy access to supermarket and railway station. There are quite a few useful information provided. I stayed at the 4-bed female room, it’s clean and in the common bathroom and kitchen there are everything you need, sometimes even free food

I visited Rovaniemi and forgot to book place to stay. I called almost midnight, with serving and helping attitude I was impressed of. Everything worked so easily and smoothly. Best value for money I have experienced. Excellent location, easy to use, good facilities.

Booked through male dormitory booking at €30 per night. Very convenient to everything, in 15 minutes walking for example you are comfortable to the best place in rovaniemi city to see aurora. Very clean, comfortable beds. They also have a bag of ear plugs in a drawer in the kitchen. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Owners not physically present, but once toilet paper was running out, notified via whatsapp, it arrived in 15 minutes. Possibility of luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Deposit obviously not supervised. In the room I had a comfortable place for my things. It is always open, so at night you can come and go as you please, for example for aurora hunting. Obviously quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Plenty of towels available. Highly recommended

I had a great stay at Arctic Heart Guesthouse in Rovaniemi. It didn't feel like a hotel, it felt like I was staying with friends. The guest house is very trust-based and the kitchen, which can be used by everyone, is great! The highlight in guest houses and hostels is of course always when you have nice roommates and can exchange ideas with other guests - which was the case with me :) As a disadvantage, it might be worth mentioning that it is very noisy (no problem for me) and that there is only one shower with toilet on the upper floor, but then several more on the lower floor.

siamo stati qui una notte arrivando tardi dopo una ricerca dell aurora..la chiave era nella porta e la camera pulita ed ordinata cosi come il bagno. non abbiamo usufruito della cucina in quanto siamo andati via abbastanza presto...peccato non aver visto nessuno dei proprietari,dello staff e degli ospiti..sembrava non ci fosse nessuno..
