Fantastic stay, complimentary airport pick up and drop off was valuable. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to help. The igloo was nice and cosy though a bit small.

Fantastic and romantic, the best accommodation. I would go back again anytime. All the staff are friendly and warm like family. The food is also very good. It is an accommodation that I want to keep to myself.

Do not trust influencers – terrible experience at the igloo! We had an awful time: the heaters didn’t work at all, and we were freezing cold the entire night. No assistance was provided, even after multiple attempts to get help. The emergency contact numbers didn’t work either. Extremely disappointing and unsafe.

I would like to highlight the excellent airport pickup and transfer service provided by the driver named Andrea – he was extremely punctual and professional. A big thank you as well to the receptionists Faye and Fermin, who made my girlfriend’s birthday truly unforgettable with a surprise cake and warm hospitality. Our stay at the hotel was amazing – the spa is equally impressive, especially the sauna and the unique opportunity to dip into the frozen lake. Highly recommended!
