Somebody entered in the room while I was sleeping saying that was testing the door locks. Short after a couple of people started to drill all room doors of the floor with an electric drill to replace the door locks. There was no notice of such work. This episode made me realize that at the hotel leon D'Oro they have no respect for the guests. It doesn't deserve to have 4 stars. Never again.

The hotel is nicely located in the city center close to restaurants, supermarkets, and tourist attractions. The room was very clean and spacious with lots of windows and natural light. It had a working min-fridge and a desk to work. Parking is included, they also have covered parking which is an additional cost. Laundry services in hotel Only two WIFI codes are available- however you can request more at the front desk Don't forget to request your free Trentino card to get access to free or discounted entrance to museums.

Lots of problem, won't be staying in this hotel anymore. The Wi-Fi barely worked in the room and the air conditioner also barely worked (not something optional given the extremely hot summers in Italy). The front desk also did not inform us that the city of Rovereto offers passes to museums, buses, etc.

We arrived before the time set for arrivals and we were given direct access to the room. The room was clean and well appointed. Our luggage was brought to our rooms when it arrived. The front desk staff were very helpful with all of our inquiries.

The staff was kind and professional. No delay in checking in and out. Clean. Breakfast varied in the offer. Reasonably quite during the night. Walking distance from the railway station and city centre. Parking depends from arrival time..

I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and had a very good experience. The room was new and spacious, with a very good shower. The breakfast was included in the rate. Don't expect to find huge amounts of food options for breakfast, but you can definitely count on food of very good quality. Location is very convenient, a 5-minute walk to Rovereto's train station and with nice restaurants and stores nearby.
