They treated us very well, especially since we were such a big group. We arrived late and they asked us if we had eaten, then whipped up 8 pizzas for us all. I enjoyed my stay and I love the staff. Our group had many little kids which they were very friendly to.

The rooms were very clean, great beds and cozy. Everything we needed for a great stay. The manager on duty even let me iron a few pieces of clothing and helped my husband and I get a glass of wine from the restaurant next door! Would stay here again.

I enjoyed my three days stay at Hotel Sant'Ilario (Rovereto). The staff was very professional and they also help me out to stamp some important documents that I needed. The room was also clean and confartable. Last but not least the breakfast was very good.

One night in Rovereto from Turin to visit relatives. We had also chosen it for the presence of air conditioning given the temperatures of these days but perhaps due to technical problems it was not working and the thermometer in the room read 31.9 degrees....an oven. So we decided to open the window wide and as it was windy we managed to fall asleep... but sleeping badly also because being on the first floor facing the street all the noises of passage were impossible not to hear, and at 5am we were already awake due to the light. We couldn't find a way to watch the TV... but we couldn't find any indications... It's true we could have called a night assistance number but we didn't know it and in any case perhaps it would be time to improve or simplify some services because in any case we were made to pay for the room upon arrival... and for 100 euros I would have thought of something much better. Normal breakfast. I'm sorry but we won't be going back again. Good work

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel (io e signora) per visitare Rovereto con i suoi mercatini di Natale e anche se e' posizionato a 2 Km dal centro (c'è anche un servizio navetta) per chi è abituato a camminare,in pochi minuti si e' a destinazione, subito siamo stati accolti con cortesia e disponibilità,la ragazza alla reception ci ha illustrato le cose più interessanti da vedere consegnandoci la guest card per entrare nelle varie strutture pubbliche e musei gratuitamente. Noi soggiornavamo nella camera n. 118 che da sul parcheggio privato quindi l'automobile era sempre sotto controllo , la pulizia e' impeccabile e l'insonorizzazione verso l'esterno e dalle camere vicine e' buona, la colazione risulta nella media ma tutto quello elencato più un prezzo decisamente onesto fa si che questo hotel sia da noi fortemente consigliato.

Ho trascorso una notte con la mia famiglia durante un viaggio itinerante. La struttura non è accogliente, camere poco funzionali e poco illuminate . Il bagno scomodissimo, doccia strettissima e vecchia. Colazione poco varia e per nulla esaustiva. La Reception chiude alle 22:00.
