Disappointed room not ready on arrival man on reception arnand extremely moody and disengaged when we raised issue of not being happy about the room not ready response was NOT MY PROBLEM in a aggressive tone. I have never known anything like it firstly I am a paying customer and also surely you cannot speak to customers like that. Room was OK nothing special rather tired also there were long dark hairs on top of the duvet just vile and also only one towel for two people absolute joke. We went to reception to complain and was greeted with OH YOU AGAIN by arnand we explained the issues and were told nothing I can do if you don't like it stay somewhere else. We asked for a email address for customer services and he replied IT'S ONLINE LOOK IT Up in an aggressive manner it was unbelievable. I have emailed travelodge head office no response yet. But do not stay there unless you want dirty beds and to be insulted by staff. He should be sacked the way arnand spoke to me and my wife.

No parking which I didn't know about and had to pay extra for. My room was roadside which was noisy till late and then early morning so little rest, bed was small single when I paid for a double, it was not a good mattress nor were the pillows

It was our first visit to Leamington Spa, we booked Travelodge for our weekend break away. What a lovely building, very friendly staff, clean room, tidy, perfect location, short walk to railway station. Well worth a visit, we booked to go back in summer.

Excellent 3 night stay this week, we'll definitely use this hotel again. I visit Leamington spa quite a bit but hadn't used this Travelodge before, was really impressed by it though & won't hesitate to book another stay. Worked out about £70 per night for our twin room on the third floor, which is the upgrade room type. Very quiet all 3 nights with no disturbance or noise. The WiFi is included in with the upgrade rooms & that was really good/strong signal. Bed's nice & comfy to get a good night's sleep. Location is brilliant as is right in the heart of the town so shops, restaurants, bus stop are right there as soon as you step outside the door. Train station is an easy 5 mins walk away, as is the local theatre for live music. A nice couple of parks are so close by too if you want a stroll. The building itself is a really old hotel that the company has taken on & you can therefore see the nice, old decor throughout - Fab stained glass windows, beautiful staircases, high ceilings, solid walls etc. Staff were good - the guy that checked us in - Sri - we saw each day, he was great & very friendly. On the whole we couldn't fault anything & we'll book again next time we're in the lovely area of Leamington spa. Many thanks for a great stay.

Best hotel in a prime location. Rooms were massive and clean. Staffs well mannered (Sri,laxmi, Chris, Yanis) . Affordable price. Only suggestion is to change the breakfast boxes and the iron

Town center hotel with everything on your doorstep! Clean comfortable rooms at a cheap price! The service was excellent start to finish and staff could not have been more helpful!

Located centrally to the town and everything is accessible room is good but bit noisy from outside which is understandable as room is facing the street. Staff were lovely. Wish they had a carpark not a big deal though as the car park is 4 minutes walk

We were made most welcome from the second we arrived by Sri made us feel very much at home. Comfy bed with a nice coffee machine in the room. We live abroad and will definitely book this hotel again when we come back to see family. Very pleased overall
